A/n: Hello, I would like to point out that this imagine is completely innocent and good, also y/n in this story is 11-12 years old so NO romance lol between y/n and Ateez, that would be weird.

Part 1 of 2

"Honey, wake up!" Mom said turning on the light in your bedroom, "Today's your big day!".

You rolled in your bed groaning as you opened your eyes, "Mom-ah, I'm sleepy" You whined. 

Your mom had already walked back into the kitchen to make breakfast for your big day, KQ entertainment had seen your dancing online and wanted you to be featured in K-pop group Ateez's newest music video.

You got out of bed and turned on some music, you turned your music onto shuffle and got dressed in your dance outfit, which was just a black tank top, grey sweatpants, and some sneakers, you would switch into your dance shoes after you got to the studio. 

When you were 4 years old your parents put you in ballet, then after you started ballet you realized you loved dancing. You have been dancing ever since, you dance ballet, tap, hip-hop, and contemporary. You have a YouTube channel that your older sister helped you set up, and one day your mom received a email from KQ saying they loved your dancing and would be so happy if you would join their group in a new music video.

You didn't really wear make up yet except for when you were performing so you decided to wait until you had to shoot the video to actually put some on, you pulled your hair into a high ponytail, today was just practice for the video you would be performing in the video next week.

You grabbed your dance bag and walked to the kitchen, where your mom was washing dishes.

"I'm ready, mom" You said with a yawn.

Mom turned around and smiled, "ah your so beautiful" she looked at her phone and gasped, "I'm going to be late for work, your sister will need to take you to your appointment" she put on her jacket and kissed your forehead.

"Go wake up your sister" She handed you a protein shake, "and here's your breakfast".

Mom left quickly, you had hoped that she would have at least been able to take you to the place but luckily your sister was pretty good about getting to things on time.

You walk to your sister's room and knock on the door, "Dani, mom says you need to take me to my dance practice", you heard shuffling in the room and after about 3 minutes your sister opened the door fully dressed.

"What time is your appointment?" She asked.

"10 am" you looked at your phone, "It's 8:45 now".

She nodded her head and walked to the bathroom shutting the door behind her, "I only need 5 minutes!" she yelled from inside the bathroom. 

You grabbed your jacket and sat on the couch, you drank your shake as you waited for Dani to hurry and do her makeup, after Dani finished she walked out and grabbed her wallet off the counter.

"Ready to go?" 

 "Yup!" 

Dani and you got into the car and buckled up, Suddenly Dani scrunched her face, "A protein shake? nasty" she started the car and pulled out of the driveway, "After your dance practice we are going to get something actually good to eat".

You laughed, You and Dani had always had a good relationship and you were lucky that she could actually get dressed fast.

You looked at her outfit, jeans, a black t-shirt which was covered by a soft pink sweatshirt, and then just some plain white Nikes.

 ~Time Skip~

"Is this the place?" she put her glasses on, "KQ entertainment, wait aren't you already under a company?" she asked.

"Yeah, but I was invited after they saw me dancing"

Dani nodded and turned off the car, "Let's get this show on the road".

"You sound like a 40 year old dad taking his kid to school"

"I'm insulted"

Your sister walked you inside and talked to a women at a desk, the woman then led you to a room where a group of boys were stretching.

"Y/n, this is Ateez" The woman looked at her watch, "The choreographer will be here in 30 minutes, he's running late" she left the room, clicking the door shut behind her.

As soon as the woman left the boys were smiling and excited to meet you.

"Hi Y/n, my name is San" He bowed his head, "How old are you?" he asked with a smile.

"I'm 11 1/2, almost 12" 

You could feel your cheeks getting warm, San is really cute you thought to yourself.

"I'm Hongjoong, and this is Seonghwa" He said pointing to a male with silver hair.

He bowed and smiled, "Hi guys!" You said waving at the boys.

After you met all the boys, you all went to sit down and wait, as you waited you did some stretching. Since you did ballet you were really flexible, you sat and touched your toes gracefully.

Then you rolled into the splits.

Dani was leaning against the wall paying no attention to what was going on, with her earbuds in she bopped her head slightly to the music as she scrolled through her phone.

A few times you caught Yunho looking at Dani so you had to keep hiding your smile so that you looked more professional, after a long time of stretching and chatting the choreographer finally arrived.

"I'm so sorry I'm late, traffic was horrid on the way here" He set his bags down and clapped his hands, "Okay, I wont be in town next week so we will need to get this dance down today".

You stood quietly in the corner listening to see what was going to happen next, another man walked in with a few other people behind him.

"We are shooting today"  The man said with a forced smile.

The boys groaned, they barely had enough time to learn the dance, you only remembered bits and pieces of the dance.

You tapped on Dani who was standing with her arms crossed talking to Hongjoong, "Dani, I think we are going to be here for awhile" You whined.

"I just talked to Hongjoong and he said that the place where the video was supposed to be shot got booked" she rolled her eyes, "apparently we are going to have to shoot somewhere else" she cringed, "a parking lot".

Yunho skipped over happily, "Hi, I'm Yunho" he shook Dani's hand.

"Hi" was all she said before she whipped around and walked towards the door, "Y/n, I'm going to buy some lunch, I will be back before you guys get ready for the shoot", she looked at the boys, "You guys like chicken?".

"YES" Yeosang chirped, the most he had spoken the whole time, he leaned over to Seonghwa and whispered, "She's so beautiful".

"She's only buying you chicken"

"I know", Yeosang wiped a fake tear from the corner of his eyes.

Dani hugged you and kissed your head, "Be a good girl" she glared at the boys, "Yeah, keep these idiots in their places".

You had no idea why she hated ateez so much, she didn't even know them but it was Dani so you decided to not say anything.

After Dani left you got started on the dance.

"Okay, so we are today we are shooting the video for Utopia" He put his hands on his hips, "I'm Mr. Park, we were supposed to shoot this video a year ago but the company didn't think it was important" he rolled his eyes sassily.

"Well, lets begin then!" Hongjoong suggested.

"What kind of dancing will I be doing for the video?" You asked.

"You will be doing the idol dances but we are incorporating ballet" Mr. Park smiled.

You nodded your head and sat on the ground, you rummaged through your bag for your pointe shoes and slipped them onto your feet.

"Let's do this!" You laughed, everyone else laughed at your readiness.

A/n: Hello! this is part 1 and i will be doing a part 2 soon! I had planned on doing both in the same chapter but my computer deleted half the story! :'( 

I have been working on this story for like 2 weeks, so here you gooo!
