Yeosang laid on Seonghwa's bed, curling up in a small ball as possible while the slightly older smoked on the floor, leaning against the side of the bed.

"Baby, you awake?" Seonghwa sighed, irritation clear in his voice as he took another drag from the cigarette.

"Sorry, I'll go if I'm being a bother," Yeosang whispered, barely audible in the quiet room.

"İt's ok," Seonghwa muttered. He stub the cigarette in the ash tray, sitting beside Yeosang's curled form on the bed.

"Hmm, I'm sleepy," Yeosang mumbled, his voice still soft. He buried his face deeper into the covers, trying to block out the world.

Seonghwa watched him for a moment, a small smile playing on his lips despite the irritation that had been in his voice just moments before. "You always sleep when I’m trying to talk to you," he teased gently, brushing a strand of hair away from Yeosang's forehead.

Yeosang cracked one eye open, looking up at Seonghwa. "Maybe I just find your voice soothing," he replied, a hint of mischief in his tone.

"Is that so?" Seonghwa raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms as he leaned back against the headboard. "And here I thought you were just being rude."

Yeosang shifted, turning to lay on his back and face Seonghwa fully. "I promise, I’m not trying to be rude. I just like being close to you. It makes me feel safe," he murmured, his big eyes glimmering with sincerity.

Seonghwa's expression softened as he looked at Yeosang. "You know I’d never want you to feel uncomfortable," he said, his voice tender. "You can stay as long as you want. I’ll keep the noise down."

Yeosang smiled, feeling a warmth in his chest at Seonghwa's words. With a satisfied sigh, he shifted closer, allowing himself to relax fully into the bed. "Promise you'll wake me if you need to go somewhere?"

"Promise," Seonghwa replied, settling down beside Yeosang and wrapping an arm around him. "Now get some rest, little one. I’ll be here."

With a content smile, Yeosang nestled against Seonghwa's side, letting the warmth and security wash over him as sleep began to take its hold.
