husband
"Do you think this is ok?" Yeosang asked worridly, fixing his suit he put on. San ran his eyes up and down, then smiled and nodded, patting Yeosang's butt.
"Perfect," he whispered as he placed a kiss on Yeosang's lips. The door to their dressing room opened suddenly, footsteps running to Yeosang and arms hugged his leg.
"Daddy, i wanna walk the aile with you!" A little boy, Minjae, who they adopted, cheered. "I wanna give you the rings!"
Yeosang chuckled, bending down to scoop Minjae up into his arms. "Are you sure you're ready for all the attention, little buddy?" he asked, ruffling Minjae's hair affectionately.
San grinned at the sight, feeling a rush of warmth at the family they had built together. "Of course he is! He’s been practicing all week," San said, crossing his arms with pride.
Minjae beamed and wiggled in Yeosang's arms. "I can do it! I can be brave like you, Daddy!" His bright eyes sparkled with excitement, innocence shining through.
Yeosang exchanged a glance with San and felt a swell of determination. "Alright, then! Just remember to follow my lead, okay?" He set Minjae down and adjusted the little boy’s tiny bow tie, taking a moment to appreciate the preciousness of the moment.
San leaned down to whisper to Minjae, playfully tugging on the edges of his suit jacket. "And you have to make sure to give the rings to the right person. Can't let them get lost!"
Minjae nodded energetically, puffing out his chest in a way that made both Yeosang and San laugh. "I won’t lose them! I promise!"
"That’s my boy!" Yeosang said, a hint of pride in his voice.
As they prepared to head to the venue, San intertwined his fingers with Yeosang's, squeezing gently. "We’re almost there," he said softly, his eyes gleaming with anticipation.
Yeosang glanced down at Minjae, who was bouncing on the balls of his feet in excitement. "Yeah, and I can't wait to make it official."
...
"Awww, little guy," the guests awed as Minjae walked proudly down the aisle, clutching the small velvet cushion that held the wedding rings. With every step, he glanced around with wide eyes, soaking in the smiles and warm wishes of friends and family gathered for this special day.
Yeosang and San stood at the end of the aisle, their hearts swelling with pride and joy as they watched their son take on this big responsibility. Yeosang knelt down slightly, waving at Minjae with an encouraging smile. "You’re doing so great, buddy!" he called out, trying to be heard over the gentle murmurs of the crowd.
Minjae straightened up, a mixture of excitement and determination on his little face. He stumbled over his own feet slightly but quickly regained his balance, earning more awed gasps from the guests. The sight of him in his tiny suit, so earnest and eager to help, melted the hearts of everyone present.
As Minjae reached San's side, he turned and held up the cushion with a beaming smile, as if he had just accomplished the greatest feat in the world. "Daddy! I brought the rings!" he announced proudly, bouncing on his toes.
San knelt down, his expression softening as he took the cushion and gave Minjae a gentle kiss on the forehead. "You did amazing, my little ring bearer," he said, reverently taking the rings from the cushion.
Yeosang stepped forward, placing a hand on Minjae's shoulder. "And now you can stand with us and be part of our special moment."
Minjae’s eyes sparkled with excitement as he took his place between his two fathers, feeling like the most important person in the room. The guests cooed at the sight, some even pulling out their phones to capture the heartwarming scene.
As the music swelled, the officiant cleared his throat, and the ceremony began. San and Yeosang exchanged loving glances, deep happiness evident in their smiles as they prepared to say their vows—each word infused with the love that brought them to this very moment. Minjae, beaming with pride.
...
"Congratulations, baby," Yeosang's voice was soft but filled with warmth as he wrapped an arm around San’s waist, pulling him close. They had just exchanged their vows, a magical moment that echoed in everyone's hearts.
San looked up at Yeosang, his eyes sparkling with emotion. "I can't believe we finally did it," he said, his voice slightly shaky yet filled with awe. "We’re really married now."
Minjae, still standing between them, looked up with wide eyes and grinned. "You guys are now super daddies!" he declared, his excitement bubbling over. The guests chuckled at this, the lightness of the moment warming the atmosphere even more.
"Super daddies, indeed!" Yeosang laughed, glancing down at Minjae. "And you’re our little sidekick, aren't you?"
"Yeah!" Minjae exclaimed, pumping his fists in the air. "I’m the best sidekick!"
The officiant smiled, and the guests continued to murmur their congratulations, reveling in the joy that filled the air.
As the ceremony moved forward, Yeosang and San held hands tightly, both feeling a mix of disbelief and happiness. They exchanged grateful glances, silently acknowledging how far they had come together—through challenges, laughter, and the light of their little family.
When the officiant finally pronounced them as partners for life, the crowd erupted in cheers. Yeosang turned to face San, his heart swelling with love. "I can’t wait to spend forever with you," he whispered before leaning in for a sweet kiss, sealing their promises to one another.
The guests cheered again, and Minjae clapped enthusiastically, adding to the celebration. As they pulled away, Yeosang chuckled. "Looks like we have an audience, my love."
"Let’s give them a show," San grinned, taking Yeosang's hand again, and they turned to face their beloved friends and family, ready to embrace the next chapter of their lives—together, as a family of three.
...
San smiled at the way Yeosang kept rambling on and on, not letting him kiss him. But he didn't mind, not really.
"Sangie,"
"Yes?" Yeosang beamed, smile wide as he giggled at the way San held his waist, pulling him closer. "Sannie?"
"Yeosang ah, can you stop talking for a second?" San asked gently, voice velvety and soft as he rubbed Yeosang's cheeks with his thumb. Rubbing his waist with his other hand.
Yeosang did his best to not literally fold right then and there, stomach doing summer saults. He leaned his head on San's shoulder at the gentle touch, trying to collect himself. The warmth radiating from San was intoxicating, and the way he was looking at Yeosang made his heart race.
"Sorry, I just... I can't believe we're actually married now!" Yeosang exclaimed, his enthusiasm bubbling over. "And everyone is here to celebrate with us! It's just so wonderful!"
San chuckled softly, his voice low and filled with affection. “I know, and it is wonderful. But can we pause all the excitement for just a moment?”
Yeosang tilted his head up, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Why? Are you going to say something super romantic?"
"Something like that," San replied, the corner of his mouth quirking up in a smile. He lowered his voice, making it even softer, an intimate moment just for them. “I just want to kiss my husband.”
That was all the encouragement Yeosang needed. His cheeks flushed a deep pink, and he giggled, feeling bashful but giddy all at once. “Okay, okay, you win!”
San leaned in slowly, giving Yeosang plenty of time to back away, but he didn’t. Instead, Yeosang closed the distance, melting into San’s warmth as their lips met in a soft but passionate kiss. The world faded away, leaving just the two of them in that perfect moment.
When they finally pulled away, their foreheads touched, both of them smiling widely. Yeosang’s heart felt full, and he could hardly contain his happiness. “I love you so much, Sangie,” he whispered, feeling the words swell in his chest.
“I love you too, Yeosang. More than anything,” San replied, his voice thick with emotion. He pulled Yeosang closer, wrapping him up in his embrace once more.
Standing together, holding each other tightly amidst the laughter and celebrations of their friends and family, they felt the overwhelming joy of their love—one that would only grow deeper in the days to come.
