Wooyoung pressed his head back on the pillow, trying to relax because, well, he wanted to have a calm down hopefully and stay at home. But to his dismay, his phone ring, breaking the peace. Wooyoung didn't accept the call, he covered himself under the blanket and closed his eyes.
"Wooyoung, open the door," someone called out, like they were at the front door.
"Jongho, you got the copy keys, open the damn door yourself," Wooyoung called out back. Not bothering to even get up and go out of his bedroom. The younger could come in himself. The front door opened and closed.
"I'm really not liking the look of this living room," Jongho called out, checking the kitchen. Luckily, the kitchen was clean. "You're lucky kitchen is clean, or in would have beat you up bad,"
"Like you would dare, you little gremlin," Wooyoung shouted. Annoyed.
"I'm not here to hook up, you're clearly not in the mood, I would much rather kiss you and throw you on bed but you need cud-,"
"Shut up, i don't need your perfect ass to help me," Wooyoung and sat on the edge of the bed. Jongho glanced at Wooyoung's disheveled appearance and sighed.
"Alright, what happened this time?" Jongho asked, concern evident in his voice.
Wooyoung let out a frustrated sigh. "Work has been overwhelming lately, and I just needed a break from everything. I wanted a peaceful day at home but it seems like that's not happening."
Jongho reached out and gently brushed Wooyoung's hair off his forehead. "I get it, hyung. We all have those days. But bottling up your emotions won't do you any good. You know I'm here for you, right?"
Wooyoung nodded, grateful for Jongho's understanding. "I know, Jongho. And I appreciate that. It just feels like everything is piling up and I can't catch a break."
Jongho smiled softly. "Well, let's change that. How about we order some takeout and have a movie night? Just the two of us, no distractions. Sound good?"
Wooyoung's tense shoulders relaxed at the suggestion. "That sounds perfect, Jongho. Thank you."
Jongho leaned in and placed a reassuring kiss on Wooyoung's temple. "Anytime, hyung. I'm here to make your day better."
As they settled in for their movie night, Wooyoung couldn't help but feel grateful for Jongho's presence. Sometimes, all it took was someone who cared to bring back the calm he desperately needed.

A few hours later, Wooyoung was cuddled to Jongho's side, rubbing the youngers middle and eyes focused on the laptop, the series they started binge watched and now on season 2.
"I need to throw the leftover away, can you let me go, hyung?" Jongho whispered, trying not to disturb Wooyoung's focused gaze on the laptop.
Wooyoung looked up and pouted, not wanting Jongho to leave their comfortable cuddle. "Can't you stay here? I'm cozy."
Jongho chuckled and gently removed Wooyoung's hand from his middle. "As much as I'd love to stay here forever, I don't want our leftovers to go bad. I'll be right back, I promise."
With a reluctant nod, Wooyoung released his hold on Jongho and watched as he got up from the bed and made his way to the kitchen. Wooyoung couldn't help but feel a sense of emptiness without Jongho's warmth next to him, but he understood the necessity of taking care of practical matters.
While Jongho was away, Wooyoung took the opportunity to stretch his limbs and adjust his position on the bed. He reached for his phone on the nightstand and saw missed calls and messages from earlier. Ignoring them for now, he opened the messaging app and typed out a short message to Jongho.
"Come back soon, I miss you already."
Before he could hit send, Jongho returned to the bedroom with a smile, carrying the empty takeaway containers. He placed them on the desk and crawled back onto the bed, wrapping his arms around Wooyoung.
"I'm here, hyung. Did you miss me that much?" Jongho teased, placing a soft kiss on Wooyoung's cheek.
Wooyoung blushed, realizing he had been caught. "Maybe just a little. But you're back now, and that's all that matters."
They resumed their position, snuggled up and completely engrossed in their series once again. The earlier tension from the interruptions and frustrations of the day had faded away, replaced by a sense of comfort and contentment. With Jongho by his side, Wooyoung knew that he could always find solace even in the midst of chaos.
As the night went on, their laughter and whispered conversations filled the room, creating a bubble of peace within their chaotic lives. Wooyoung silently vowed to cherish every moment like this with Jongho, knowing that together they could find calm and happiness, even in the most unexpected moments.
