" come on Tomiwa hurry up." Emmanuella said, actually yelled because her And her boyfriend were right outside the gate of the AkinFolarin Adeyemi's compound. I was in my room, trying  to hurry the hell up but she kept blasting the horn of there car soo loud it was driving me crazy and I am sure the neighbors as as well.

I hurriedly wore my knee length booth after wearing my blue jeans  skirt with beautiful flowery studs on it. I adjusted my bone straight wig and then my jacket. Satisfied with my look for the night I twirled in a mist of lavender perfume I had sprayed into the air. With my iphone 11, charger  and power banks, I headed out.

I head the blasting of the horn again and I just had to yell as I finally came out of the house.  "Yeeez! Louez! I am coming Damn it!" Emma was the first that got out of the car. Immediately she sighted me she did a double take at my appearance, I bet she didn't think I could pull this look of after what I have been through. 

" o.m.g Tomiwa!!!! I have never been more tongue tides about your outfit, you look making!! Like a run way model! Geeez Ebuka is going to flip when he sees you.!"

I just giggle at here before pulling her in for a hug " thank you" I mused before facing kelvin. He simply shrug trying to his emotions saying.  "Ebuka is definitely flipping for this beauty, hop in, the rest are waiting for us already."

I smiled and slid into the passenger side behind Emma. Thing where great, super great actually.  We had started Our Neco exams and I was able to write my weac exams too especially the ones I missed while I was in a coma. But that's not all, to celebrate my not dying on him my brother got me this new pare of IPhone 11 which I am currently taking pictures with right now. Dare I say the camera is top notch

Using the back camera i a took random shorts of Emma and her boyfriend while we Jammed to the Ed Sheeran's song shape of you. After what seems like forever we arrived at our destination which was the dominos pizza at Illupeju. Our friends were already waiting there.

What even took me by surprises was when I saw my brother Temidayo being nice and  towards Ebuka. He was the one sponsoring our  outing self and I was beyond surprise.  I was really shocked to see how he and Ebuka were getting along so well right now. It only made me question,  what really happened while I was in coma?

I guess there is only one  way to find out since we are all having lunch at the moment. I decided to tread carefully by asking in the simplest way possible.

" sooooo what has everyone been up to lately?"

I asked killing the silence, we were all in a round table having one mega sized pizza with ice cream of different flavor. My brother was the one that got it for us but he couldn't stay long enough to  wine and dine with us.  Kelvin who was dressed in all black cleared his throat to speak.

" well nothing much really--"

"We were all freakishly terrified that the Comma was gonna be the end of you."

Lydia said interrupting Kelvin. She was dressed in a lemon green sleeveless carrabian gown. Kelvin glared at her, I am guess he didn't want it brought up but it was two late. I smiled at her responding.

"Well it's a good thing it didn't. Speaking of Comma, what happened while  I was in comma I need all the details."

The table was quite. If I am guessing correctly no one want to talk about it. I sighed rolling my eyes at them, this suspense is killing me, I need them to start talking. After a minute or two of awkward silence kelvin who I am starting to think the leader of there group spoke up saying.

" Tomiwa, first of we would like to apologize. All of actually we haven't exactly been good friends to you."

" huh ... why? you are not the ones who put me in comma. If I remember correctly I ---"

I said explaining  what really happened right until I passed out.  And they were all staring at me with sympathy finally understanding my point of view.

" don't worry Tomiwa. The good news is you have us now. And Daniel nor Victoria will be able to torment at all."

I smiled hearing that from them. It's feels good to have friends again. Don't get me wrong No one is taking Ericas place in my life. She is my ride or die besties and it is going to stay that way for as long as I live. My smile got broader as I genuinely thanked them but immediately remembered something, now was the perfect time to ask.

" thanks guys. Means a lot, umm I wanted to ask. What happens to those two anyway."

"Oh Daniel, is on the run actually and it's quite frightened how the police haven't found him yet. He could be anywhere out there."

Mercy commented on timidly. She was dressing on joggers and swear shirt and her face was beautified in a simple beauty mark at the top of her lips on the left had side. Her head was nicely done into a packing gel making her look so cute and innocent.

" Victoria on the other hand had been put on suspicion with hard labour. Both her and her minions , the only time she will begin school on is on the days she has exam."

chigozie said i looked at him thinking his eye were on me but I was wrong. He eyes were on Mercy with a foreign emotion in his eyes, I smiled being able to connect the dots in my head. I am guessing they were either a couple or about to be one. I smiled choose and not to embarrass them in there moment.

I looked around and saw that everyone was also having a move with there significant other. Well things just got very awkward very quickly became it was just I and Ebuka now feeling awkward as we nibbling on our slice of pizza. The tension between us was tick enough to caught through and that was because there were so many supressed feelings between us.

" come on you guys. Lightn't up, it's not the end of the world so you you guys should start acting like it. What's important that Tomiwa is here and alive, that's all that matters." Emma said giving the Pep talk after she has torn her eyes from her lover. We just chuckled and carried on what the merriment talking's about how or last few month in secondary school would play out. Afterall, we are quarter to graduate.
