"Pumpkin I feel very sick."

This one is Winny. Complaining as early as 5:00 AM on weekend to his Alpha Satang that is still half-awake.

"Hmm? Come here. " Satang pulled his omega closer as he placed the back of his palm on his forehead. Checking if Winny had a fever.

"You don't have a fever pumpkin. What do you feel though? Are you in pain? Is it a soar throat thing? Nausea? "

The Alpha bombarded his partner with questions out of panic.

"I don't know. It's like I want to vomit. " Winny replied almost crying as his stomach is acting against him.

"What? Hold on. I'll take you to the comfort room. " The Alpha coed before he swiftly got off from the bed and pick up his omega who is almost at the verge of crying.

"Pumpkin are you okay? I'm worried sick already. "

Satang is now shouting at the other side of the bathroom door. He's hearing his omega spewing up for almost 5 mins now.

"Pumpkin open this door now. What's going on? "

Satang is already banging off the door as he speaks.

He asked once more and this time, the bathroom door slowly opens. Revealing a messed up looking Winny. Face covered with his tears as he whines like a child.

"Pumpkin 😭😭😭 I can't take it anymore. Wahhh!! Help me!!!" The omega instantly clasp into his Alpha as soon as he sees him.

"Okay Pumpkin. We better go to our doctor to have you checked. " Satang replied as he wipes the omega's tears with his palm. "Shhh...shhh.. Everything will be alright. Calm down now. "

"I promise. Now be a good boy and change your clothes. We're going to the hospital now. "

"Okay." The omega replied as he slowly walks toward his closet to change.

It's almost twenty minutes past six when the two left their apartment to have their check up.

It was a silent ride hence Winny is still feeling weak. Making Satang to steal some glance to his omega from time to time.

After around 35 mins of travel, they reached the hospital at last and Satang almost sprinted himself off the car just to reach the OPD section.

"Good morning Alpha. What's wrong with him. " The receptionist coed as soon as the couple reached the administration desk.

"Hi is Doctor Baramee available? I just want to have my omega checked. " Satang replied while eyes is still fixated to his partner who is currently sitting on a wheelchair.

"Yes Alpha. May I know what's the symptoms the patient is having? "

"He's vomiting since this morning and he feels so weak too. "

"Alright. Anything else?"

"That's it. "

"I see. Please fill out this form. I will just get his vitals real quick. "

The Alpha nod in response as he grabbed the form and the pen from the receptionist.

"Hi sir good morning. I'll just get your BP and oxygen level okay?" The staff coed as she approached the omega. Placing the electronic sphygmomanometer on his wrist and a pulse oxymeter on one of his finger tips. She then checked Winny's pulse rate afterwards and write down the details in a seperate sheet that he then attached to the initial form that the Alpha filled out.

"Alright you may now proceed to room 276. " The receptionist coed before he called the attention of one of the medtechs nearby. "Josh! To Doctor Baramee's clinic please. "

The guy named Josh instantly walk towards them and pushed Winny's wheelchair.

"Thank you. " Satang wai on the woman before he followed his mate.

They were the only patient of the doctor when they arrive.

"Good morning Doc. "

"Ao.. Good morning Mister Sereevichayasawat. What makes you place me a visit this early? "

"My fated pair. He's sick since five this morning. " Satang replied as he held his partner's hand tightly.

"I see, may I have his chart. " Doc Baramee replied.

Satang handed over the forms that he filled out earlier to the doctor. Doc Baramee starts to examine his patient and ask a few questions about the symptoms that the omega is feeling.

After a few series of tests, the doctor will now discuss his diagnosis.

"Don't worry Mister Sereevichayasawat. I find your partner's chart rather healthy. "

"If that's the case doc, why do I feel this sick? " Winny butt in.

"About that, I have a hunch of what is going on with you Mister Pholcharoenrat but I may need to ask another test to make sure. Please submit this endorsement form to the lab downstairs."

"Right away Doc. " Satang replied and do what he was told.

The lab nurse took a urine sample from Winny after they handed the endorsement form over.

After several minutes they returned to doctor Baramee's clinic for the reading.

"So what's going on with my omega Doc? " Satang inquires as soon as they have settled on with their seats.

"Nothing to worry about young Alpha. His symptoms are only normal for someone who is on his 1st trimester."

"W-what do you mean Doc. I'm going to be...going to be Dad soon?!!! " Satang confirmed in ecstasy. Staring at his omega with pure joy. Tears are even evident to the alpha's eyes while Winny is in no much of a difference.

"Yes Mister Sereevichayasawat. Your omega is already 2 weeks pregnant. "

Satang couldn't believe it. His omega is pregnant with his child! He's so happy that he cupped Winny's cheeks with his hand and kissed him.

"Did you hear that pumpkin? We are going to be parents soon. We're having a baby!!! "

Winny could only hum in response because he's already crying out of joy.

"Congratulations to the both of you. I will refer you to an Obegynicologist friend of mine, Doctor Kongthanin. He specializes to male omegas as his partner is also one so rest assured that your fated pair will be in good hands. In the meantime, I will just prescribe some vitamins for him and the baby to make sure that they will be healthy. He may experience morning sickness during the process but these pills will make it easier for your omega in handling it. " The doctor coed before he submitted the prescription to the pharmacy.

"Thanks Doc. " The couple said in chorus before they left the clinic with happy faces.

Winny instantly called Fourth right after they reached home to tell him the news and his boss was so happy for him. In fact, he immediately issued a maternity leave to his secretary since he knows that pregnancy among male omegas is not that easy.

"I love so much pumpkin. Soon we will going to have our little pumpkins too. " Satang coed as he kissed his partner's forehead then his belly. "Thank you for coming into my life. "

"I love you too pumpkin. I know that you're going to be the best dad for him or her. "

"Hmm... I'm flattered haha. Come here baby. "

The room was then filled with laughter as Satang rained his omega with tiny little kisses.
