*FOURTH*

A little bit of Nausea greeted me firsthand as I woke up in a room not familiar to me. I was awakened by the chatting noises around me. Everything is still a bit blurry because of my eyes adjusting to the light at the ceiling.

"Hi Sir excuse me. I'll just check your IV. Do you feel any discomfort or pain?" A woman wearing all white approached me while the one she was talking to bid goodbye. Just by looking at their outfits,  they're definitely nurses.

Wait..A nurse?!!! Hospital?! Why am I in a hospital?

O chai..I passed out in that restaurant

"Just a little bit of dizziness that's all. Anyway, may I ask what time is it?" I worriedly asked the nurse as I tried to sit up from the bed.

"It's already six in the evening Sir." The lady answered as she looked at the wristwatch she was wearing.

"What the...Six?!!! Oh god..my kids!"

I exclaimed in my bed as my worries worsened in an instant because I remembered that I was supposed to fetch my triplets from school. I tried to get off the bed but I miserably failed due to my legs. I feel like I'm too weak to stand nor move.

"Don't force yourself yet Khun. Your body is still recovering from over-exposure to dense amounts of different Alpha pheromones during your heat." The nurse interrupted me from moving even further. "Good thing that your boyfriend was able to rush you here for immediate care. Doc already induced an ample amount of suppressants in you. That should minimize the symptoms for now."

With all the things that the nurse had said, I only captured one word.

And that is the word 'boyfriend'. What the hell? I can't remember me having one.

"Uhm..excuse me Khun. Sorry for interrupting you but you said who? My boyfriend?"

"Yes Sir. He's a hot hell of an Alpha. Actually, he just went outside right after you woke up to get your prescriptions."

I was beyond dumbfounded by all the things that the nurse is saying to me right now. I mean I am not in a relationship and even my sex life is zero ever since I gave birth to my kids. So I question myself, who the hell is that guy the nurse is talking about?

Then as if the gates of heaven answered my call, the door of my room opened revealing the man of the hour.

"O here he is." The nurse said pointing at the man I wish I did not meet at all.

He's carrying a pouch with a logo of a well known pharmacy which I believe is my medications. He's no longer wearing his coat  but  a white long sleeve polo instead which hugs his body rather tightly. Molding a well toned body inside that shirt. His hair is a little bit wet due to him sweating but it did not even make him look haggard. Tss...and why am I noticing these things about him. Ai' satt Fourth!

"Sir your partner is now awake. Please have him take those meds as prescribed until he's totally out of his heat cycle. I'll go tell the doctor now about the patient being awake so that he could check to see if he can be discharged already." The nurse gave him a few more instructions about the pills before she head out of the room.

We did not talk to each other as he went  to place my medication on the side table before he sat on the chair beside me. The atmosphere between us is so heavy that I just want to get out of here immediately. I can feel his gaze on me but I choose to ignore him. I hate him for thinking such things about me. He indirectly insulted me as a gold digger and that I could never forgive him.

He must not know anything about the kids. With that attitude that he had shown me earlier, I'm afraid he will only makes me think that he will take them away from me and that I cannot allow! Never! He will walk over my corpse first before that happens.

"How do you feel?"

"None of your business. Do you have my phone with you?" I angrily snapped at him in which he sighed heavily before he took my phone out from one of his pockets.

"Here."

"Thank you." I said it without looking at him. Right now, my priority are my kids. I went to my line app immediately to message the three. As expected, there were lots of messages and missed calls from them and mom.

I immediately called Raiwin to know if they're at home now in which he answered immediately after three rings.

"Hello Paps!!! What happened? We tried to call you but you were not answering. Where are you?"

"I'm so sorry for making you worry munchkin. I'm alright. There was just an emergency so I was not able to fetch you. Tell your brothers and also grandma that I am okay. I'll tell you guys the details once I'm home."

"Okay. Please be safe na?" / "Papa this is Shaun. Please go home already. I will still be worried unless you're home." / "Araun too Papa. We will not sleep until your home so butter hurry. Understood?"

I chuckled because of them. I know that they are just worried about me but I can't help it when they're acting like my big brothers who're worried about their younger sibling who's not yet at home in this hour. Ah...I love my kids.

"Okay khrup. I will end this call now munchkins. I just want to let you know that I am okay."

"Okay Papa. Bye now and we love you." They replied in unison.

"I love you most. Bye."

And with it, the call ended.

However, just as I was about to put the phone beside me, I was met by the gaze of an angry Alpha. He's teeth are gritted as he tries to control his outburst. Maybe on normal occasions, an omega could be trembling already in front of him but I don't know why I could not sense any fear in me. What is he angry about anyway?

"You're him right?" He then said out of nowhere. Making me confused as to what is he talking about.

"I'm sorry?" I asked in tone like what the hell is this all about? However instead of getting an answer, I was startled when he punch the bed instead as he move closer to me.

My eyes widened in shock because of the sudden assualt from him. There's no more space between us now that in just a small movement, our nose will definitely hit each other. Making me push his chest in reflex to defend myself. My heart is beating too fast as I gasp incredulously because of his action. I can already smell his natural  manly scent mixed with his perfume from here and it's making me blush for unknown reasons.

"What the hell are you doing? Get away from me this instant." I tried to hold my ground but I just gulp in the end when he growled at me.

"Don't make me lose my patience again omega. I know that you remember me. Well how could you forget if I was able to make you moan so loud as you grip on the mattress for your dear life. Right Teerak?"

I stared at him again wide-eyed as fear started to spread in every bit of my flesh. H-how did he recognize me? I swear to God  I did not wear off my mask unless, he peaks at it before he left me? But...why now? He could have confronted me earlier when we first met. I'm hella confused and nervous at the same time.

"Out of words?" He asked with a smirk as he caress my cheeks. " I've been looking for you  for around 12 years now baby but I wasn't able to see any info about the omega that I spent that amazing night with."

Gemini Norawit Titicharoenrak. How cunning for you to say that? You were looking for me? What a joke. What happened in the past between us is so disgusting that I wished it will just magically be removed from my memory. That is the night that I lost respect for myself, I doubted my capabilities, and I think of me as a dirty little slut who gave my body, soul and dignity for money.

"I'm sorry t-to burst your bubble but I don't understand you Mister Titicharoenrak. You might have mistaken me of somebody else." Even though I'm conflicted of the sudden turn of events, I still kept a facade. I will never admit anything to him and why is he looking for me anyway?

"You can call me Gemini baby and don't ever play games with an Alpha. The scent of your pheromones is already imprinted in my memory. You had your heat that night as well as I had my rut remember? So I don't need your face to know that I already found you." He said with confidence as he moved away from me.

"You may continue to deny it Fourth Nattawat Jirochtikul but it's easy for me to investigate your past now hence I already know your name and If I could find a proof, which I definitely will, that it was you all along then be ready for the consequences."

I sighed.

From this point it would be pointless to still hide I guess. This Alpha is a freaking dead-ass billionaire so I know that he could really do it and he may find out about my children also which I cannot allow to happen.

"Alright Alpha. You win. I am indeed that gigolo who sold my body to you for 25,000 baht twelve years ago. Now what do you want?"

"I want you."

"Y-you what?"

"I said.... I ...WANT ..YOU."

What the hell? First he thinks of me as a Gold Digger and now, he wants me? Is he an idiot or a drug addict?

"Mister Titicharoenrak it is stipulated in our contract that whatever happens that night stays that night. Besides, I am no longer working as one so I could not accept another request anymore."

"I don't plan to hire you again baby. It seems that you misunderstood me. My mind is already longing for you, my body could only recognize your touch and I could not get enough of it. Would you take responsibility for that? Hmm?"

"You're crazy!"

"Oh yes Fotfot na ja. I'm severely addicted to you for a long time now." He said before he steal a kiss from my cheek.

He then prepares to leave as he picks up his coat from the couch but before he went out he took a quick glance from me.

"We will meet again Teerak and this time, I will no longer let you run away from me." And with that, he closed the door and leave.

I was rendered speechless in my bed when the doctor arrived and told me that I am now cleared to be discharged. All the bills have been settled by that guy also so I just left the hospital that night.

I was bombarded by lots of questions from my triplets and mom especially so I told them what happened minus the details about me seeing that guy again. Now I am conflicted on how the heck will I keep my children away from their father.

That matter clouded my thought the whole week making me anxious. I just hope that he won't bother me again.

"I am so touched that my friend decided to phone me after all this years. How are you buddy?"

I was currently inside my office when this friend of mine barged in and started saying nonsense.

It's Aun. The same guy who's responsible in looking for an omega that I could spend the night with 12 years ago. We're a circle of friends that are all sons of the well known personalities in Thailand. All of us are Alphas but I am the only one who does not have experience in sex before so they set me up with an omega which is no other than Fourth.

This idiot did not bother to get the information of that omega he hired for me so that makes it hard to find him afterwards. I did not dare to use the family's influence too because I don't want Mae and Po to find out what I did. I was hunted by my cravings to feel the touch of that omega again that I resort in sleeping with several omegas. Male or Female just to quench my thirst for his touch but I wasn't able to. It's not the same.

"Stop. You sounds disgusting. I would like you to gather all the information that you could find about someone."

Oh did I mention that this guy is now the leader of the most feared mafia organization in the city? If not then now you know.

"Oi... I forgot that this friend of mine is an asshole. Name?"

"Fourth Nattawat Jirochtikul." I said before tossing a small envelope that has all the details he needed."

"You know that I do not give my services for free my friend."

"Tss...name your price."

"Ten million."

"Deal."

"Ohoo...that's why you're my favorite. I'll send it to you in an hour. Bye friend." He playfully waves at me before he leaves my office.

Now all I need to do is wait.

I continued my pending work when I heard a knock. My personal assistant entered my office afterwards informing me that my client Win Metawin Chivaaree is already at the conference room for our scheduled appointment today.

"Thank you Satang. Kindly inform Mr Chivaaree that I will be with him shortly."

"Noted Sir."

Right after my PA left my office, I prepared myself also before going into the conference room to meet my client. Our meeting lasted for almost an hour and thirty minutes. It was all about the pastries that we ordered from his shop for the upcoming event of the company. I know that there's an event organizer for it but I want to personally take charge with the food preparations.

"Thank you so much for doing business with us Mr Titicharoenrak."

"The pleasure is mine Mr Chivaaree. Your pastries are highly recommended so it's a waste if I don't choose your shop. I hope that this is not the last time. Oh and tell that asshole husband of yours that my bet is on him so he better win the race."

He chuckled on my remarks. Bright is actually one of my friends who have this omega as his wife. That friend of mine is a Professional Car Racer and also the biggest car dealer here in Thailand.

"I will. Alright I'll go ahead now."

We bid our goodbyes to formally adjourn this meeting. It was almost quarter to four when I returned to my cabin and it's also the time that I received an encrypted email from Aun.

I decrypt the email using the passcode that was assigned to me. You see, each of us has our own passcode that if we want to send any confidential information to our friends, we will encrypt it with that passcode.

Once the email was unlocked an attached zipped file was automatically downloaded into my computer.

Inside the folder are photos, soft copies of several birth certificates, medical records and much more.

I called Satang first to inform him that I don't want to be disturbed at this hour so no one should enter my cabin at all.

After getting an affirmation from my PA. I ended the call immediately and started reading the files that Aun sent me.

As time passes by, my jaw clenches in frustration when I find out something about Fourth that made me angry at the extent that I almost punched the monitor of my PC.

My maniacal laugh reverberates in every corner of my office as I ball my first.

"How selfish of you baby but I can't blame you though. However this makes me want you more. You will be mine Fourth Nattawat Jirochtikul at all costs.

Mae...Po..It seems that I might be able to fulfill your wish in no time.."
