I look at my kids in defeat as I stare at them eating beside their paps.

This is supposedly a lunch date between me and Fourth but it turned out to be a family lunch date instead. I ended up calling for food delivery hence what I purchased is just good for two.

We are currently at the park near the Fourth's café.

The place has a great view of green fields and tall trees so it's not that hot even in broad daylight. We are currently sitting on a mat with all the take out foods that I ordered.

"P'Gem why are you not eating your lunch? Are you not hungry?" Raiwin asked while munching his share of pork dumplings. His siblings are giggling because of it. Clearly, they are doing it to annoy me.

"I am. Would you mind feeding me little sporty? Ahhh.." I teased the kid by having my face closer to him while having my mouth wide open. Earning me a puffingly annoyed face from my champ.

His siblings laugh at him saying he's weak since his teasings did not work on me earlier.

"It's alright champ. I can manage." I said while ruffling his hair.

"Aish!! Don't mess up my hair phi!"

Ah... Being with them right now feels so right. I never been this contented in my whole life. I know I'm an asshole way back. I admit that but having this chance to spend time with my family, if this can be called one, I want to be someone which my kids can brag about.

Well, right now my aim is to get close to my kids. Maybe in the long run, I might be able to hear them calling me daddy or dad or papa.

"Paps we'll just gonna go pee." Shaun said as he stood up from Fourth's shoulders.

"Alright Munchkin but you guys better be quick. We're going back to the café in a few minutes now." Fourth answered back as he fixes their uniforms in place. He's really a father figure to our kids but on a feminine side. I don't know how to explain this but everytime he talks to our triplets and takes good care of them is just so soft and sweet.

"Alright paps." Araun replied before looking at me like a hawk. "You better behave P'Gem. Where watching you. Okay?"

"What? I am behaving. Don't worry your Paps is safe with me." I replied while encircling my arm to Fourth's shoulders. I just hissed in pain though because he pinched me on my sides.

"We highly doubt that. Paps don't be such an easy-peasy okay? Remember, he is not allowed to make a move on you unless we say so." It's Raiwin this time. Making Fourth to giggle because of their possessiveness towards him.

"Chai Khrup. Now go before you three wet your pants off. It gave me a lot of stress several years ago."

Now it's Fourth who are teasing them. Making the three to look at me in wide eyes which I responded by whistling as if I did not hear it.

"Paps!!!" The three of them whined in chorus before they left us laughing.

But...

Now that the kids are gone, it's time to get serious.

"What do you want to talk about?" Fourth ask me in a flat tone and bored face. Tss..I know that his smile is just a facade because we are with the kids.

"I want to talk about their future. It might not be official yet but they are the sole proprietors of everything that I have. I want them to carry my last name as their biological father." I answered which made his forehead to fold like ages.

"You mean you will declaire my kids in public as your heir? No..no..no you will never do that." Fourth immediately shake his head in disagreement.

"But they must be. They're my kids. This whole fucking country should know that they are not someone to mess with for they are from a well known family." I tried to reason out but still, he continued to oppose me.

"I am not trying to remove your right to them as their biological father Ai'Gem. I already told you that. What I'm concerned about is them being exposed to your world. We lived for eleven years together being simple. I always teach them that. To be appreciative of what is there on their plate. Your world is not peaceful for them. No offense."

"No worries. I know what you mean."

"How about this, yes you may change their last name in the family registry hence that is your right as their father but...I don't want you to publicize it. Especially that they are the fruit of our mistake in the past. Your family is surrounded by the media. I don't want to see them being criticized because their Papa is a rent boy before and they were an upshot of that work."

I heave a sigh. It seems that his decision is already absolute.

"But first things first, how will we tell them?" I ask the omega who instantly replied with....

"I will be the one to do that. Just give me some time. I'll just inform you if it's already time to show yourself to them as you know...their dad."

I nodded to show him that I agree to that but it is not the only thing that I want.

"How about me?" I said in whispers as I move closer to his right ear. We are now sitting side by side hence the kids are not here.

That made Fourth to jolt away from me in which I find the gesture very much adorable hence he did that in wide eyes as he scratched the ear where I whispered from.

"W-what the hell?"

"What? I already expressed my intensions towards you right? I want to court you. I want to send you flowers, take you on a date, make you feel special. So....when will I ever hear a response from my beautiful bearer? Hmm?" I said in confidence as I stared at his reddening cheeks and ears. Oh..narak.

So narak that I wanna pinch them instead. He looks like Baozi.

"And we also said that you're not allowed to do that until we say so. Right?" What the...oh come on kids. Give daddy some time to score yeah?

"Paps what did I say earlier about being an easy peasy? I'm so disappointed." It's Raiwin with hands on hips as he stares at us with a raised brow.

"Hahaha..Alright I'm sorry na ja. Now come on. Take your things. We're going back." Fourth said without looking at me.

"Okay paps." The three answered as they picked up their bags while Fourth and I are cleaning out the mess.

Afterwards, I give them a ride back before I return to my office with a smile.

It's already been several minutes since Gemini dropped us at Veggies and Yums but still, my heart keeps on beating abnormally and I'm starting to get afraid because of it.

I know Gemini already said that he wanted me but it's not clear to me if he wants me because I'm the one who conceived his children or just because  of that feeling that he said he had after we did that thing. I don't know if he is just taking me as a past time or someone to have sex with. Given that his first impression of me is that I am a fucking prostitute and a gold digger.

I can't help it but to overthink.

"The kids are playing with Mark right now." I was brought back to the present when Ford sat right in front of my desk. "You seemed pre-occupied these days. Are you okay Fourth?"

"Uh..yeah. Don't worry. I'm just a little bit burned out but nothing serious." I said trying to avoid the topic. I don't know but I don't have the will to talk about Gemini for now. "Anyway, when is your flight back so that we can accompany you to the airport."

"You're really good in dodging questions haha but it's 3 days from now. 9 AM departure time." Ford answered as he shook his head.

"That's great. The kids has no class since it's Saturday. We'll be with you." I said with a smile.

"We would appreciate that since it will be for awhile before we would see boys again." Ford replied in glee as he grasp his hands together.

"No biggie. Moving aside, I heard from Mark that you guys decided to have a surrogate?"

Mark and I had a talk before when we  did a quartal review of sales the last time and he mentioned about it.

"Yeah we did. My OB told us a good news which gave us a slight hope for a chance to have our own baby." Ford said with so much happiness in his eyes and I am so happy for them. They've been wanting this for so long now. "She said that I just cannot conceive a child on my own because of the complication of my previous illness but I still have the capability of producing a healthy egg. So we will just need to find someone who can conceive it for us."

"Oh my gosh! That is indeed a good news. I'm so happy for you my friend." I said as I hold his hand.

"Thank you."

"Uh...when do you guys plan to do it?"

"We already did the extraction and fertilisation two days before we went here and our surrogate is Mark's cousin who's also an omega."

"Really?!! Oh gosh. I should be one of the godparents. You hear me?"

"Haha of course."

We are laughing because of our silliness when the door of my office opens.

"It's seems that you two are enjoying a conversation." Mark said as he enters with the triplets. "Hi baby."

He then proceed in kissing Ford's cheeks before he sat beside him.

Suddenly I felt a pang in my chest just by seeing how sweet they are with each other. I envy them somehow.

"Hi baby. Yup, we just actually talking about the surrogacy before you guys came in. Hello there baby boys." Ford replied to Mark before he extend his hand to embrace the three in which they gladly complied. They love their Uncle MarkFord.

"I see. Anyway, Winny told me something about them. Is it true?" Mark asked while pointing the kid with his lips. That point, I already knew he was talking about Gemini.

"Huh? What about it baby?" Ford asked in confusion but since the triplets are here, he just whispered something to Ford. Making the later's eyes to widen in surprise.

"Is it true Fourth that you already found him?" He asked while pointing his lips to the kids.

"Yes I did."

"So did you guys talk about what's going to happen next?" Mark butt in as he sit besides Ford.

"Affirmative. No worries, I'll make sure that I will not be situated at the sharp edge of the blade."

The couple look at each other in worry before they nod at me.

"Whatever your decision will be, just remember that you got our back friend."

"Thank you so much Ford."

"Alright. We'll be on our way now." Ford said as they prepare to leave. "Boys be good to your Paps. Okay?"

"No worries Uncle Ford. We will be his knight in shining armor." My kids replied before they kiss their Uncle goodbye.

The next day, we woke up with heavy rains all over the city. The weather is so bad to the point that classes were announced suspended. According to the news, there's a storm coming and the district is in storm signal number two. I sent an announcement at the cafe's GC already telling my employees to just stay at home.

The rain continues to pour heavily the entire morning. It's so dark and cold outside because of the weather so I thought that it's a good timing to make some steamy beef stew. It's already 10:45 in the morning when I check the time in my digital wall clock. Perfect timing to prepare something for lunch.

Just as I was about to get down and start cooking, my phone rings. I was confused at first because I am not expecting someone calling for the day but still I pick up the phone.

The call is from an unknown number. At first I was contemplating if I'll answer it or not because it might just be a scammer or worst sales calls. However I'm also thinking that maybe it's an emergency call from someone I knew too so in the end, my finger slide the answer key.

"Hello lovely, what took you so long to answer the phone?"

My eyes widened instantly when I recognize the voice.

"Yes, what do you want Ai'Jerk?" This bastard again.

"Oi jeb..my heart hurts so bad. I called you with such an endearment in the morning but here I am, being addressed as a jerk. I'm hurt Fourth."

"Because you are a jerk and you will always be to me. Now stop this nonsense and tell me what you want Gemini. Be quick though. I am about to cook for lunch when you called."

Silence took over for several minutes so I thought he hung up already but when I check the screen, he's still active.

"Gemini. Are you still there? Are you pranking me or what?"

"Yeah I am. I'm Sorry if I may have bothered you but may I visit the kids today? I don't have to go to the office today because of the weather so I just want to spend my time with them instead. I already missed a lot."

I was stunned in a bit. Not because of what he said but on how his tone changed from being playful into a remorse one.

Making me feel guilty somehow. Maybe I went to far.

"Fourth?"

"Huh?...ah..yes..you may but drive safely. The rain is still thick and the road might be slippery."

"I will. Thank you."

"No problem. As I said, I will not deny you of your rights. Join us for lunch as well." Somehow inviting him to eat with us is my way of apologizing for being harsh earlier.

"Okay. See you then."

"See you. Bye"

Then I end the call.

Oi Fourth!!! What was that? Huh?

Ugh...whatever. I'd better start  cooking now.
