"Catra i need you to lead a full-frontal assault on the princesses lines."

rushing ice flooded into my veins. i steeled my nerves and didn't let Hordak see how terrified i was.

"yes, when"

"We will attack tonight, the troops will rush the castle and take the princesses."

"yes sir"

I walked away from and closed the door behind me. the moments the latch clicked shut i lashed out and scratched a wall. I didn't want to do this, I hated the princesses but not Adora, not Adora.

"Woah are you okay Catra?"

"S-Scoprpia" i steeled my self again and saw the soft eyes of Scorpia looking down on me. A rush of anger at everything replaced my fear. The thought that she was pitying me. I needed to see Adora. I pushed past Scorpia.

"Catra wait"

I didn't Care, i ran to the rood and boarded my small ship. I stepped on the Excellated and shot off with a rush of wind.

I felt the wind whipping and singing my face. I reached a hand up to my face and felt tears running down my cheeks.

I didn't have a plan, i just knew i needed to see Adora.

the large Castle of the princess loomed over me. I No idea where i was trying to go, but i knew that Adora is in here. What was i going to say to her, would i warn her? i wanted to run with her, we could go and be Happy together, away from all other people.

i hid my ship in the forest, i saw an open window. i quietly scaled the side of the castle to where the window was. MY heartbeat was thundering, this was impulsive, reckless but it was what I wanted.

the room i entered was colourful and lavish, of course a princess would have a room that was so feminine. I saw a mirror with pictures pinned around it. there were photos of a handsome boy, with a short, stocky pink-haired girl and... Adora. this wasn't Adora's room i could tell but it must be the pink-haired girls.

suddenly voices came close to the door, I scrambled quickly and lay under the lounge chair, hiding under the bead would have been impossible because it was floating about four meters above me.

"i just can't believe Bow. HE is so ridiculous honestly Adora".

Adora. My heart leapt with glee.

This Glimmer girl was rattling on about some boy and how he doesn't like her and is annoying, boring stuff. Adora didn't speak much, she agreed sometimes and nodded.

"Adora, are you even listening to me?"

"hhhm"

"ug I'm going to the bathroom"

slowly Glimmers footsteps faded and the door slammed shut. Adora lets out a long groan and then flopped back on the lounger above me. Her hand hung off the chair. I found my moment to strike.

i slipped my hand into hers.

"what the hell!!" Adora yelled and jumped up. i began to crack up laughing.

I felt someone's hands grip around my ankles and i was zoomed out.
