Marjorie had visited her mother for the first time in a while. Things were still a bit tense. MJ offered to accompany her, but she refused. However, MJ decided to at least stay in close enough range to be able to help her if she needed him. "How is the new place ? You step-father tells me you're enjoying it."

Her mother was being petty, no doubt. "It fine. I do enjoy the place." Marjorie helped her mother set the table. They were having lunch. MJ constantly sent Marjorie updates. He did look odd while waiting around outside. Granted he was a star now in human form.

"You're attending the party Friday, yes ? I'm sure many would love to see you." The party of which her mother was referring to was that of both her step-brothers. Twins. Would she go ? "I may be busy. I will stop by if I have time, Mom." Soon enough there was a knock on the door. Her mother went to answer.

Mrs. Kang putting on a sweeter tone than the tense one she used with Marjorie. "Hello. May I help you ?" MJ bowed respectfully before giving a energized wave. "저는 마조리의 친구 MJ입니다. 들어가도 될까요?" (I'm MJ. I am a friend of Marjorie'. May I come in ?) Marjorie face palmed in disbelief. Why was MJ coming in ? "Friend of Marjorie' ? You are certainly someone I've never seen before." MJ nodded politely, "Nice to finally meet you, Mrs. Kang." Soon enough MJ was let inside & took his seat next to Marjorie at the table. Her mother looked absolutely surprised.

The conversation was now turned into a lighter tone since the arrival of MJ. "Why have you never brought MJ over before, Marjorie ah ?" Marjorie sighed, giving a tiny almost non-existent smile. "MJ wasn't in Korea. He has a family abroad in London." She was lying wholeheartedly. What was she to tell her mother ? That MJ was actually a star & she named him when she like nine years old ?

Mrs. Kang' attention drifted to MJ. "How long are you back in Korea for ? What of your family ?" MJ easily adapted to human mannerisms & speech. Everything he knew was from Marjorie as she grew up & the things she experienced. "I am back for now. My friends & I are very close. Like brothers." The conversation went on for a few hours. Her mother absolutely adored MJ.

Pretty soon they were on their way back to Marjorie' place. "My mom seems to like you, MJ. Hopefully things will get better from--" Upon entering her place once again there was a new strange man standing in her kitchen. Making coffee to be exact. MJ perked up excitedly, "Moonbin ah, what are you doing here ?"

Moonbin just grinned cutely responding, "Hello !" Marjorie groaned closing the door behind her & MJ.

Just how hectic was her life about to get ?
