"I do." You say as you smiled at your husband, Eunwoo. He smiled and wasted no time pulling you towards him and kissing you as he picked you up a bit. The cheers filled the church as the two of you then went out into the limo happily married.

"Eunwoo! I'm going now!" You called out as you were at the front door.

"I love you!" He yelled. You smiled and then left going to your job.

"Detective (Y/n), we've been getting many reports of a killer." A coworker says as they walked besides you. You nodded a bit as you sighed.

"Around where?" You say as you sat at your desk. He then cleared his throat.

"In Cheongdam.." He says. You then looked at him and he gave you a map.

"I was looking at it and all these killings seem to be close to your home and with each time it gets closer and closer.. I think someones after you." He says. Your eyes then widened as you grabbed your phone.

"You shouldn't go and make your husband panic. It'll be bad for him." You looked at the coworker bluntly.

"Ah yeah, while Im at it why dont I just leave the door wide open when I leave in the morning and put a sign that says, hey my husband is here kill him??" You say bluntly before you stepped out of your office and called Eunwoo.

Eunwoo was panting as he stood up.

"Dont try to mess with me. I have a kid now and I still have to deal with street rats like you while shes home sleeping." He says as he stared down at the lifeless body. The eyes of the man he had stabbed to his last breath wide as they stare at him empty. He didn't care. He then pulled the body over to the dumpset and in the middle of it his phone rang. He sighed as he took off his gloves and then grabbed his phone and then a smile came on his face.

"Yes Honey!" He says happily. He then listened as you started to talk about the killings getting closer amd closer to the house and that he should be careful cause whoever it is, is probably after her.

"Thats horrible.. Ill make sure to lock the windows and doors.. But you shouldn't worry, Ill protect you and our smol child." He says feeling a bit ashamed to worry you with something he wasn't worried about. You then hummed on the other side feeling a bit better as you smiled. Then the two of were on the phone for a few minutes before you had to continue working.

"I'll see you at home, I love you." He says. You replied back and then he hung up. He then let his arms hang at the sides of him as he looked at the lifeless body.

"Now I dont feel up to it.." He says as he put grabbed a lighter and burned his gloves and the handle to the knife he soon threw out. Never take any chances.

Its been a week since you've been on this murder mystery. There was no leads. All there was, was the information that these killings were now happening just outside of the pent house.

"We are setting up more cameras around the halls and in our home. Just to make sure nothing bad happens." You say as you and Eunwoo were in the bedroom. You were in uniform as you smiled.

"I think this is a bit much though.. I have a gut feeling that we are safe." He says. You then sighed as you shrugged.

"Your gut feelings is worthless. Statistically speaking, where these killings are happening isn't a joke and the fact someone was killed in the stairwell when they were on your floor, says it all. So we aren't risking it." The two of you jumped as the same male coworker came in. Eunwoo looked at him and then he gave him a sharp glare. He glared back before smirking a bit.

"Dont talk to him that way. Get out of my room don't you have any manners? You didn't even knock." You say as you smacked his head Eunwoo smiled smuggly before he watched the two leave. As they were walking the male turned around gave Eunwoo a hard stare.

He knows..

I know.

Then they went out. Eunwoo started to panic a bit as he looked at the cameras that they placed. He knew where every one of them were. There were a lot and many more around the house. He became a bit unstable thinking about it.

It has been 3 hours and nothing. The male detective was watching the cameras specifically Eunwoo. Eunwoo had been sitting in his room for the past 3 hours occasionally walking to make sure their daughter was asleep. There were times he'd look straight at a camera for a but before looking down.

"I need to pee, you watch the perimeter." You say. He then nodded as got up feeling reassured with you going down. So he watched the perimeter getting a stretch.

When you went down immediately you ran to the bathroom and Eunwoo chuckled a bit before standing up and immediately put his jacket on grabbing a small bag and leaving to the roof.

The male coworker sighed as he rested his chin on his hand. Then suddenly he heard a gun. He turned and there was Eunwoo. Standing with a gun in hand as he had a miserable look on.

"Had fun watching me." He says. The male then stood up straight as he put his hand on his holster.

"Dont you dare.. Im a killer Im not afraid to shoot someone especially not a cop." He says with a chuckle. The male then nodded slowly taking his hands away and putting then in front of him.

"Listen to me.. I wont tell her.. If you stop.." He says. Eunwoo then began to laugh a bit.

"You think its easy to do this? People are after me and they've been since I got married and the goddamn police isn't gonna help a former leader of a gang who just wants to protect his girls.. But now shes afraid of me. And she doesn't know it me.. And its all your fault.. You probably told her about all this.. Maybe.. You're also trying to come after which is why you are doing this." He says convinced thats the situation. He then got closer and put his finger on the trigger.

"Which means.. Goodbye." He says as he chuckled and as he was pulling the trigger. Suddenly the door slammed open and you ran over and then. There you sat against your coworker. Hole in your chest as you started to shake but held in the pain. Eunwoos eyes widened as he stared at you. He then went over and your coworker slightly shifted you away.

"Let go of me." You say as you shakily got away from the coworkers hold and your head fell on Eunwoos chest. You closed your eyes as he was shaking and frowning with watery eyes he had observed. In the distance there was already an ambulance on the way.

"D-Dont worry... I dont blame you.. And I dont hate you...." You say as you stuff your face into bie chest as your body was starting to get cold.

"I love you.. And I dont want you to forget that.. Stop doing this too.. You looked crazy." You giggled through the pain before looking at the coworker.

"Dont tell anyone.. Its my last wish from you."

"Dont say tha-

"I mean it." You say. You then looked at Eunwoo as you seemed to slowly be slipping into slumber.

"Dont cry.. You and our daughter are my everything... Raise her better.." You say before falling foreward into him. You body untensed as your face was free of stress. He was still shaking. The sound of footsteps racing up the stairwell could be hard. The coworker stood up and grabbed the gun Eunwoo had and stuffed it in his pants.

"I hate you... But..." He looked at you and then away on the verge of tears himself. Eunwoo was just hugging you as he cried his eyes out.he hated him for this. The paramedics had struggled to get him off of you, but now he sat lost on his bed. This is where he was dragged to. They questioned him and like you said. His daughter came waltzing in and smiled as she struggled to climb on the bed. She then scooted close to him and looked up at him.

"Papa, why are you crying?" She says curiously. He then looked at her and began to cry more as he turned his body and hugged her.

"Because papa loves you so much and no matter what I wont let anything happen to you." He says. She huggedback and smiled with a few giggles.

"Of course! You're my superhero." She says. Eunwoo then nodded. He felt like the bad guy. But hearing those words. It made him feel a pinch better, but nothing more. After all he killed the love of his life.

He observed his little girl who was talking about one of her superhero shows enthusiastically. He wasn't gonna let his light of his life die either, for you.
