Epilogue.
Sun-Hi's POV.
That night I slept at Amy's house.
They left me a week to say my goodbyes, after that I'd be sent back to Korea.
Not that I mind...
Ok I do mind!
Sure, eomma is gone and I'm stuck with lots of painful memories and all but I've still got a life here!
I have a job, I just discovered my powers and I want to uncover my bosses secret because I know he's hiding something.
Yeah, powers...
I can control ghosts...
Maybe I could bring eomma back?
Yeah, but then someone else would die.
That was the price.
A life for a life.
Amy didn't think it was a good idea but I still wanted to go to school for some weird reason.
"Sun-Hi"
I looked up from my closed locker, my hand still pressed against it as I had just finished emptying it.
"Dick" I acknowledged his presence,
"We need to talk" was all he said.
"I've got things to do now, maybe during lunch break."
He nodded then left.
What happened to his cocky self?
He's been like 100% serious lately.

I headed to the cafeteria, ignoring the stares and snickers directed my way.
They all knew.
I don't want they're pity, but I don't appreciate the fact they're actually happy about my loss either.
That's when I spotted him by the entrance of the cafeteria doors with two lunch trays.
"Is Amy coming to?" I asked hopefully, I didn't want to be left alone with Dick, I somehow felt that he new I was Ian's assistant or at least suspected it.
He shook his head no, handing me the extra tray before leading me to the benches outside in front of the football field.
We ate in an uncomfortable silence, well at least I was uncomfortable.
He wouldn't stop staring!
Dick was completely calm however.
I bet I saw him smirk at my uneasiness before I couldn't take it anymore and stopped eating; throwing my vegan sandwich down on my tray.
"Bwo!?"
"Hmm? Come again?"
I scowled.
"I'm in no mood Dick."
He only smirked.
"I know you're working for Ian"
I paled.
I was right, he knew.
His expression suddenly went serious.
"You do know he's using you right?
Sun-Hi, Ian isn't who you think he is! When those ancient documents disappeared, that girl running away on the rooftops in the middle of a storm was you, wasn't it?"
"H-how...? What do you mean? I only heard about the documents on the news" I quickly recovered "you talk about it as if you were there"
Now was his turn to feel uneasy as he was taken aback.
"Sure you have nothing to do with it?" I asked picking up my lunch and then walking away.
"The documents talked about a certain Lee Whang." He called after me.
I froze.
My ancestor.
The one who made the locket that has been passed down my family tree for generations.
The one I now wear.
I turned around only to come face to face with dick.
"I did some research Sun-Hi" he slightly held my locket that was dangling down from my neck as I broke out in a cold sweat. "Channyeol!" I called out with my mind.
"He's your ancestor isn't he? And your locket? It's got a ghost in carved into it for a reason doesn't it?"
That's when he was thrown back with a gust of rippling purple smoke.
I don't know what I was thinking but I let Channyeol be visible only for a few seconds.
I think might have briefly lost control there.
Oops.
"Ghost..." Was all Dick could say before he blacked out and I was consumed by purple smoke as Channyeol transported me into a cubicle in the girls room.
"That was close" Channyeol said.
"Ghost".
