You walked up behind your mentor as he read his scrolls in the library.

"Master?" You asked, startling your master to drop a scroll.

"(Y/n)! I didn't expect to see you here!" Your mentor said in a delighted tone.

"Funny. I expected to see you, master. I wanted to know if you were still doing the lessons." You asked him.

"Please, stop calling me that (y/n). It's unnecessary. Just call me Leo. I insist." He said.

"Yes mast--er.... Leo." You started, quickly correcting your mistake and smile.

"Hmph. So what brings you to this neck of the woods?" He asked, turning around to  face you.

"Uh.... Actually I was trying to find my friend Soku, but I guess she's out training with her own mentor."

"Oh? And who would that be?"

"I think it was Ezio.. She is an assassin now so I barely see her. So that's my only theory if she's not here."

You both stayed silent until you remembered something.

"Oh! Leo, my father found these scrolls in the attic. Maybe the might mean something to you." You stated, pulling out three scrolls.

His eyes beamed when they widened and he slowly took them from you.

"Thank you, (y/n)!" He smiled. You smiled in return.

"Well.... I'll be heading off...."

"No, wait. Stay a little longer. Please? I could use some company." He hesitantly asked you while grabbing your hand.

".....Sure, Leo. I could stay. My parents are drunk anyways....." You mumbled.

"Dio mio, (y/n). Your family is drunk almost everyday. What's going on?" Leo questioned.

"When they left each other, no matter who I went to. Wether it be mother or father they both were drunk." You replied.

"That's sad. Who do you stay with?"

So many questions. You thought before sighing.

"Right now I stay with my sister."

"Oh."

"At least she's not drunk."

"Good."

Another silent moment was past between you both and he let go of your hand.

"I'm going to look for a book." You suddenly said.

"Don't take to long." He said, shooing you to find your book.

You walked around until one book title caught your eye.

It was a dark green book with the words 'The Adventures of The Lion.' Written in gold font. You took the book off the shelf and was surprised at what you saw.

The cover of the book had small brush strokes that forged a lion and Leo's signature was in the corner.

You smiled and ran your hand over the picture.

You walked back to Leo and sat in the chair across from him and began to read the book. 

He only glanced up at you for a second, watching as your round (e/c) orbs read through the words of the book.

He could stare at you for hours if you'd let him. He's always gotten soft around you, and he tries to keep calm whenever you look at him or touch him.

He always thought you were a glass rose. So beautiful yet fragile. He thought you were a flower. So gentle and soft to the touch, but breakable. But.....

He also thought you were a warrior. So strong and brave, so merciful and kind, so trustworthy and determined.

You were never off his mind. Never. Everything he drew, everything he made, everything to poems and scrolls, they had all reminded him of you.

He hadn't realized he was staring until you said something.

"Leo."

"Uh.... Oh! Y-Yes (y/n)?"

"You remind me of a Lion. Like the one in this book."

He only stared at you more, intrigued on what you have to say.

"How (y/n)?" He asked, tilting his head a bit.

"Well.... This Lion is creative like you. And it's courageous like you. It's also kind, loving, forgiving, and filled with curiosity and life. Just like you." You said.

He stood up from his chair and walked behind you, wrapping his arms around you and softly putting his head on top of yours.

"But I am also one thing this Lion is not." He said.

"Like what Leo?" You asked.

"This Lion," he said pointing at himself, "Is alone. No one to be there, no one to stand by, no one to love. Do you know what that's like, (y/n)?" He finished.

"Very, Leo. I understand completely. But I thought you weren't alone." You said.

"How?"

"Well you have Ezio and Soku and me, Leo. We'll be there for you. We'll stand by you. All three of us love you."

"Ah, but honestly there is only one person I truly love, (y/n)."

You tilted your head in confusion. "Who?" You asked. But you froze when he said those five words.

"I truly love you, (y/n)."

You looked up at him slowly and met a pair of lips on yours.

As if you actually saw this coming, you automatically kissed back.

"And I truly love you, Leo.."

Okie, so, I hope that was good. Sorry for not updating for a bit. What was it, about three/four days or something? So yeah, sorry.
And for CrimsonCurse88 your little Altaïr surprise is coming up soon! I promised you your own little one-shot (but it is for the others to. So it's still (y/n)) but It's gonna be for you mainly.
Oh and you've read the part where you said Soku, right? Yeah, thats one of my OC's I use in random Ezio x Reader's I find. But see how she didn't pop up like Kenya? But expect some more OC's. Sorry if that ruined your day.

Soku: what are you talking about?

Kenya: and what do you mean by 'pop up'? I thought I didn't care to the readers!

Me: I'm pretty sure you don't but you were in almost every chapter, Kenya.
