"Sammy Brown he's the guy for me girls! Roll, girl, roll, girls, roll!"

I hear my crew of all females sing from outside my cabin. I female pirate captain with an all female crew has never been heard of before. Well except for us.

On my ship there is only one man. Well boy. He is 5 years old and is the son of a long dead friend. I promised my dead friend on his death bed that I would care for his son. And I still am. The boys name is Nate. And he is loved by everyone.

My name is captain  (y/n) and I am the captain of the Affliction Ruler. She's a fine vessel that I took from the British.

"SHIP ON THE PORTSIDE!!"

I hear someone yell and I imeaditly look over at nate. He climbs under my bed just like we practiced. He covers himself with my black blanket and stays still.

"Stay put and do not come out unless I come to get you."

I tell him and he nods. I then run out of my captains cabin. I see a ship with dark red flags coming straight for us. I run up to the wheel and the anchor is raised.

"FULL SAIL! CANNONS FIRE PORTSIDE!!"

I yell out as I begin to captain my ship. I notice all the canons are ready and align them.

"FIRE!!"

I yell out and all 30 of my cannons are fired off. I turn the ship so the other ship and I are facing eachother.

"INCOMING!!"

I hear my best friend and Quartermaster, (f/n) [friends name] yells.

"BRACE!!!"

I scream out and everyone ducks as we are hit with the cannons. I look back down to see the cannons are ready again.

"FIRE! SWIVELS FIRE WHEN READY!"

I shout and all the cannonballs are sent flying into the other ship. I turn the ship as (f/n) helps load the cannons again. I look over and see that the ship fired on us again. It was to late to brace and we took a very heavy hit.

"Critical Damage! We can't move any further!!"

(F/n) yells up at me. The other ship sails closer as they throw over the ropes.

"They plan to bored! Everyone fight!!"

I yell and all my girls take out their wepons. I take out my two swords from my belt as the men from the other ship jump over.

One tries to attack me but I simply deflect his attack and stab him in tj4 stomach with my other sword.

"6 o'clock (y/n)!!"

(F/n) yells at me and I block an attack from a blonde man. His blue eyes stare into my own for a split second. He is dressed in blue and white robes with brown leather armor on. My black and grey robes shine in the sun just like his. He must he the captain.

He jumps back and tries to get a slice at my arm. I block his attack and go to stab his leg. But he blocks me again his sword. I take this chance and bring my other sword up but a shot in fired and I fall on the floor.

I look down any see he shot my knee. With all the adrenaline flowing through me I don't feel a lot of pain.

"Victory is ours men!"

The blonde man shouted as I look back over my crew. Many of my girls are dead or seriously injured. The ones that did survive are being tied up to the mast or are on their knees. (F/n) is behind dragged up and is placed next to me. She has a bullet to the knee as well.

"Captain! There is no sign of a man on this ship. All there are is women!"

A man with darker skin yelled the the blonde man. The blonde man smirked and looked around.

"Who here is your captain?"

The blonde man yelled out but no one said a word. This blonde man turned to me and (f/n) and looked at the both of us.

"Search the captains quarters!"

Blondie yelled and the darker skinned man knocked my door down. A few minutes later I hear screaming from down there. Oh no, they found him!

The dark skinned man comes out with a kicking and screaming Nate in his arms. Nate's brown hair is all messed up.

"Who's this little guy?"

Blondie asks and the dark skinned man smirks.

"He must be important to the captain. He was covered in her blanket after all. He nearly shot one of the men."

The dark skinned man said and Blondie smirked. Blondie walked down and pulled out a knife. Nate began kicking and screaming even more as he saw the blade.

"If your captain is still alive show yourself now or the boy dies!"

Blondie shouts and I cave. I love Nate like my own son. I couldn't let anything hurt him.

"Stop! I'm the captain! Don't hurt him! Please!!"

I scream out and all the men's eyes flash to me. Blondie nods and the dark skinned man puts Nate down. Nate runs to me and I wrap my arms around him.

"A female captain. I'm captain Edward kenway. I'm shocked and if you were male I would kill you and blow your ship to ruins. But I am not cruel. Join me, you and your crew."

He said as Nate cuddled into me more. Edward kenway is an assassin as well as a pirate. Another set of foot steps fill the air and all eyes flash to them. I look over and see my sister, Mary Reed, walking on deck. She is dressed as James Kidd.

"Kenway, Kenway, Kenway. Let me tell you that you should never mess with my sister and her crew."

Mary said as all my 'dead' girls jumped up and pinned down the men.

"Kidd what on bloody earth are you doing? What the heck? They were dead!! Did you say sister?"

Kenway said as he looked confused.

"Edward this is the Affliction Ruler, AKA the trickery ship of the West indies. You should know that we are the most skilled."

I tell him and he still looks so confused.

"Kenway my sister is an assassin and so are all of her crew members. They are like you. A pirate trained by assassins."

Mary spoke and Edward nodded slowly. He is beginning to get it I believe.

Well we have a long time to explain to him all this.
