(Y/N)'s POV
I was walking home with Tick and my sister on his back. I let my head hang low.
"Hey you ok?" Tick asked.
"Oh. Uh yeah I'm fine just thinking." I replied looking up at him. God I'm short.
"Alright just making sure. You seem a bit upset." Tick put an arm around my shoulder while keeping one holding onto my sister's leg to keep her on his back.
  "Thanks. You know you didn't have to do this."
  "Yeah but I wanted to and you can't push me away."
  "I know. No matter where I go I can't get rid of you." I laughed.
  "You should be happy! You just won a fight against Leo! It's not everyday someone beats him."
  "Heh thanks. Well I have been assassinating since I was like 9 so that helps."
  "Dang! That young? Why?"
  "Our parents were murdered and we weren't old enough for a job so I kinda got a job as an assassin." I scratched the back of my neck.
  "Wow. Seems fun. Well for you of course since your a monster student."
  "It is. Kinda." I sighed and looked down. Tick's arm went from my shoulders to my waist to my hand.
  "It's going to be ok. " he told me squeezing my hand a bit.
"Thanks Tick."I smiled a bit." Heh no one really cares for me like you do besides my sister and the one friend I do have."
"Jason."
"What? Who's Jason?" I asked looking at him.
"My name is Jason." Tick laughed.
"(Y/N)." I laughed.
"That must be~ one of the girls in your class!" Jason joked.
"No! That's me! (Y/N) is my name! Stupid!" I punched his shoulder playfully.
"I know. You didn't have to punch me though!"
"Yes I did! Now, we are almost there." I laughed.
"Alright." I looked down and we were still holding hands.
"Um Jason?"
"Hm?"
"You're still holding my hand." I pointed out.
"Do you want me to let go?"
He smirked.
"Yes. And no."
"I'm taking it as a yes."
"Uh o-ok?" I was confused but I just let it happen. We finally got to the house and we let go. I unlocked the door and showed Jason to Shay's room. After that he left. I went to the fridge. There was a note on the door. It was Jason's phone number. I didn't know what to do after eating dinner. I just sat in my room then I remembered that I had a test in music. So I practiced my song.

"Good job sis." I turned around and my sister was leaning on my door frame.
"Thanks but you should be laying down." I said getting up and helping her to her room.
"I'm fine." She tried to laugh it off but it hurt her.
"Yes. Your so fine that you can laugh and it hurts." I said sarcastically.
"Fine. I'll lay down." She said laying on her bed. I went to the kitchen and got her some food. After she ate I tended to her wounds. I sang a lullaby that our mother sang to us apparently. She sang two of them. I was too young to remember but Shay taught me the song. Shay says I have our mother's voice.

After I sang the song, she fell asleep,I went to my room and practiced my song for the test tomorrow until about ten then fell asleep. Wow today I made a friend.
