The Team of Dreams is a growing community on Wattpad with the overall desire of wanting, "...new and experienced authors to become more comfortable in their own skins as writers. To this end, it is our mission to offer activities and education that further the success of the members of our Wattpad community."

The current team is searching for a fifth person to join us as an admin. Team members share in the current responsibilities, though we each tend to stick with what we do best and like most.

How do you meet the requirements?

Note: Gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, or ethnicity are not factors for being chosen for the team. All qualifying people are welcome to apply.

Requirements (these are pretty essential):

Speaks/writes English effectively (other languages are a plus!)

Judging/Review experience (or willingness to gain this)

Wattpad member for a minimum of one year

Demonstrated consistent activity on Wattpad

Ability to behave professionally

Ability to use Google Docs/Sheets, Discord, Slack (very similar to Discord), and Zoom (video chat)

Aged 18+

LGBTQ+/Mature friendly

Free for approximately two hours one Sunday a month, typically at 9 AM or 10 AM Eastern, for a team meeting

Desire and ability to interact with the team on a daily basis (in Slack).

Preference of living between Pacific and Central European time zones (Our team meetings are usually at 10 AM or 11 AM Eastern on a Saturday or Sunday once a month. If you can make that, your time zone is less of a factor.)
