Sunset

Everything has a beginning
Everything also has an end
Why do you still keep on standing,
When you know that one day you'll bend?

The sun will shine in the morning
And the birds will soon be singing
A streak of light will find its way
And bring hope in this new day

But the sun will soon be setting
The sunlight will be retreating
Darkness will take over the night
And hope will be nowhere in sight
