Well it's complicated..but I guess I'll try to explain.
So before I drowned and crap.
There was already some weird crap going on with my majoras mask game.
Mainly the happy sales man and the moon children.
So when I did drown they took my eyes from my soul which MAJORA (happy sales man) possessed which lead to me getting the eyes I have now.
But the blood that bleeds from my eyes time to time is the result from the moon children ripping my freaking eyes out.
Make sense? I hope so..
