Man! I can barely rely on anyone. But I'm gonna go with Tattoo. He's helped us out in most situations. And he is the second smartest in all the Flushed Pets anyways. The others not really. Some can be smart but act retarded. Some are completely stupid. And others can sometimes be smart but don't realise the smart things they say since they're dumb and idiotic.
