(For both) Can we obliterate the neighbor's flat?

This one requires a bit of explanation. 

Sherlock and I have new neighbours now in 222B: AlyssaPhoenix33 and sherlockian_demigod . There's been a lot more noise in my life since their arrival, as well as body parts without the rest of the body attached, and Sherlock's more... destructive tendencies have surfaced a bit.

No. While I support your... endeavors, I can't allow you to damage property that doesn't even belong to us. You seem like amiable neighbours, and I would like to get to know you a bit better before you head to prison. There is a law, after all. 

It is also my job to say no. Though he hates to admit it, I keep Sherlock out trouble (or, more trouble than he would have been in in I hadn't been there). 

However, if you come up with something a bit less destructive and less public, perhaps we can consider. The before-mentioned law doesn't need to know everything.

I actually agree with John on this one, we should leave the place intact. Also, if one flat is destroyed, it may weaken the entire building's support system.
