Scorpius: *scratches his head* I try to be nice to most people, just probably not dementors because they'll bring me flashbacks of my mother's death.

Claramond: They bring emptiness in emotion, not flashbacks.

Scorpius: But still, it's not pleasant.

Claramond: I've gotta call James, hold on.

Claramond apparates to Aberforth's house in Hogsmeade with Scorpius and James.

Claramond: This is the hotspot for dares. I know both Harper and Phoenix would be proud of me. *smirks*

Scorpius: *nodding* *smiling* It's quite quaint, actually. Why did you choose to move me here today?

James: Hello, Scorp. *smirks*

Scorpius: Hello, James. You don't want me to drive you crazy with the Sirius puns, now do you?

James: *rolls eyes* What's the dare? *rubbing his hands together*

Claramond: Scorpius has to befriend a dementor!

James: *laughing* Do you wish Albus were here?

Scorpius: *rolls eyes*

Claramond apparates with a dementor, her and James exiting the room. Scorpius is kissed by a dementor.

Scorpius: *screams* AAAAHHHH! Come on, dementor, can't we just be friends?

Dementor: *kisses Scorpius again*

Scorpius: Come on, Dementor, I know what you've been through. Being hated, being feared, being despised. *sympathizing* Come on. Let's be friends.

Dementor: *attacks Scorpius*

Scorpius lets out a piercing scream, ripping through his soul.

Scorpius: I know what you've been through, Dementor. Why don't you have a name?

The dementor feeds off of Scorpius's soul, causing Scorpius to fall to the ground, screaming in pain.

Scorpius: Please, please. I'm kind to you. Be kind to me.

The dementor continues to feed off of Scorpius's soul.

Scorpius: EXPECTO PATRONUM!

The patronus defeats the dementor. Scorpius remains on the ground, weak from the thirty minute encounter. Claramond and James enter the room, nearly blinded by Scorpius's patronus.

James: *running up to Scorpius* Scorpius. You alright there, mate?

Scorpius: *nodding*

James: *hands Scorpius chocolate* Remus always did this for my dad, here you go.

Scorpius: *eats the chocolate and feels better* Thanks, James.

Claramond: *runs up to Scorpius* You okay?

Scorpius: Yup. I'm drained, but okay.

James: Do we need to take you home? Or to my place?

Scorpius: *shakes head* I'm good here. Thanks though.

Claramond and James: *concerned for Scorpius* You sure?

Scorpius: *nods* Thanks though.

Scorpius lays down on the couch in Aberforth's house.

Scorpius: *eats more chocolate* *drinks water* Thanks, guys.

James: Anytime, Scorp.

Claramond: I hope you feel better, Scorpius.

Scorpius: I'm not the best magically, that's why I'm drained. I'm somewhat-decent, but I was with a dementor for half an hour.

Claramond and James nod.

Claramond: That's not true. You just haven't reached your full potential yet.

Scorpius: *smiles* Thanks, guys.

Well, that was h*ll. Befriending a dementor was absolute h*ll. I'll never do that again.

Claramond put on the news while Albus and I were over at her house and I learned about Hurricane Harvey, a devastating storm that hit the Gulf Coast of the United States.

I hope that everyone stays safe! I hope that everyone affected by it is alright! So many people have lost their homes!

Albus, Claramond, and I were all brought to tears as we watched people being rescued from the rising waters; I'm so sorry Texas is going through this!

Hey! I just wanted to tell you guys a few things.

To everyone affected by Hurricane Harvey, I hope you all are safe!

Hurricane Irma might hit either the east coast or the Gulf of Mexico. I hope you all stay safe.

I live in Texas, and luckily, my neighborhood wasn't hit too bad; the streets flooded but houses were alright.

I know people who lost their homes due to the devastating storm.

How are you guys, also affected by Hurricane Harvey, doing? I hope and pray that you and your families are safe and well!
