K.C.: *scrolls to the last dare they have on the Fly Pad* Alright, last dare from the list so far! Looks like it's okay to send in your questions and dares now! *waves them over*

Pip: *looks up from reading on his hardcover book* Who's that dare for?

K.C.: *looks at the Fly Pad again* It's for Freddy!

Freddy: *looks up from playing with the babies, spelling "don't let people force you into something you don't want to do" with the toy blocks on the floor* Ooh! Who is it from? *tilts his head*

K.C.: *looks down at the Fly Pad* It's from @Amanda737055 *holds the Fly Pad out for the flamingo*

Freddy: Ooh this is going to be really fun! *walks towards the koala and takes the Fly Pad excitedly* It says... *starts reading* I dare Freddy to sleep without his Night Lights

Freddy: *gulps, his eyes widening in fear as he finishes reading the dare* I don't think I really want to do this... I'm not going to be able to sleep well... or at all... And even if I can't sleep, I'm still going to be so scared...

Freddy: Do you know how many sounds there are in the night? *shudders* And it's going to be so dark, so I won't be able to know if there's a ghost or a monster creeping up from behind me!

K.C.: You can find other ways to sleep in peace, without getting scared! *smiles brightly as she starts offering up suggestions* Sleeping with a nostalgic stuffed toy I've had since I was a child always helps me!

Freddy: *frowns* My fam never gimme stuffed toys in my childhood...

K.C.: Or I sleep with my siblings or my lao ama *shrugs, smiling as she remembers* It always helps sleeping beside someone, since you won't be alone! It's really helpful if you know that someone is willing to protect you from anything!

Freddy: Ooh! That's a great idea!

+*+ later that night +*+

Freddy: *removes his uniform and steps into his warm fuzzy pajamas, the lights still open* Alright, time to sleep! *jumps onto Pip's bed, burying himself under the blanket, smiling to himself*

Pip: Freddy, we gotta turn of the lights, and why are you in my bed? *laughs as he stands next to his bed and the light switch*

Freddy: Because K.C. said to sleep with someone who's willing to protect me, and I know you're willing to protect me, so I'm going to sleep with you! *smiles brightly*

Pip: *eyes widen, feeling his cheeks heat up* I... ummm... never really slept beside someone else before, even as a child...

Freddy: This is my first time, too! *beams innocently* so we can do this together! *moves to make some space for that penguin*

Pip: *cheeks flush the lightest shade of pink* O-Oh okay... *walks towards his bed, feeling his cheeks heat up with each step, wondering if he has a fever as he lies down beside Freddy, pulling the blanket over them*

Freddy: Goodnight, Pip! *closes his eyes*

Pip: *smiles* Goodnight, Freddy *turns the lights off*
