This is an Alternate Universe type thing. So bare with me.

Jason and Annabeth were crushed. Both of their lives had died in the war against Gaea. Percy killed himself by overexerting his powers and killed Gaea with a storm, finalizing the part of the Prophecy; "To Storm or Fire the world will fall." Piper had sacrificed herself to protect Jason, which she had sworn on the Styx to protect; fulfilling the part of "An Oath to keep with a final breath." The whole camp grieved for the two heroes, but Jason and Annabeth were hit the hardest. Both of them locked themselves into their lovers cabin to mourn for their lovers. When they came out, they looked horrible, but they knew both Percy and Piper would want them to move on and find happiness. The two spend every moment together, determined not to forget their loves. As time passed, their heartbreak lessened, and soon a spark begun to grow between those two. A small one, but a spark, nevertheless. Slowly, over time, the spark grew, but neither could admit that they had moved on. Finally, Annabeth could not stand it anymore, and kissed Jason in front of the campers, to which he hurriedly responded by kissing her back passionately, shocking all the campers. Drew Tanaka fainted. The two broke apart and put their foreheads together, "I love you Jason." Annabeth said. "I love you too Annie." Jason said. The campers were silent, then they clapped for the two, and many wolf-whistled.

Down in Elysium Percy watched with Piper as the campers clapped for Jason and Annabeth, with his hand around her waist. Both were happy that Annabeth and Jason had moved on and found happiness

Even better, it was found in each other.
