Um...no offense to Jason, but yeah...cos Percy's storm power essentially creates winds and lightning...

Percy: strongest, and another reason mentioned above^

Annabeth:you can't win a war/battle without strategy(unless you're Percy Jackson, but you'll still get badly injured so yeah)
