Well it depends on their personality but if say you're sitting by him he will have his legs spread a bit and his tips of his shoes pointing at you. Sumtimes stare at you for a period of time and look away when you notice. And just a lot of body language. If he makes a joke he will look at you for your reaction. Many's pupils dilate which can be hard to notice.
