Oh! I have heard of this character before. For the ones who don't know, Ben drowned is a creepypasta character. I don't know much about him, so I'm afraid that my answer will not be as good. I'm pretty sure you asked me,that question because, as some of you know, Ben drowned has the form of me. (From the game Majora's Mask, I believe.)

I don't know if he's hurting or killing people, but if he doesn't do those things, I have absolutely no problem with him existing and all. But it would be weird if I met him in person, since it will be like looking in the mirror.
