Okay I haven't watch this video but when I scroll down to find some videos, I find this, so I put my ask/randomness book to discuss, so as the title suggested, anime is not a cartoon but I watch some anime that give me a cartoon feel like Kill la Kill/PASWG, there's also a opposite too like Wakfu: The Animation, so their may be different from each other but the feeling is clearly similar, so if u had this happened before, tell me in the comments or something and tell me what anime/cartoon is it
