5/ Self Confidence
How do I have more confidence in myself? My significant other says I need to quit bringing myself down and have more confidence in myself.
You need to, as hard as it may sound, stop focusing so heavily of your flaws (which everyone has) and instead start noticing your positives and talents. Be more aware of all the amazing things you do daily and try to stop honing in on anything you do that you classify as 'negative' or as as 'flaw'. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you and appreciate your qualities, and not listen to anyone who says something to you with the sole intention of bringing you down.
What I found worked when trying to gain self confidence was setting myself small goals that would make me feel better. I tried to eat better, to sleep more and exercise more and all these things gave me more energy and made me feel better about myself. You can set yourself goals for all kinds of things and achieving them gives you the confidence and the motivation to keep on setting yourself harder goals.
And lastly, I always tell people to stop caring about what everyone else thinks which seems impossible in a world that is obsessed with how society views them. My advice is to put on your favourite clothes, do your hair in the coolest style you can think of, and walk around like you're the coolest, most badass person you can think of.
