Marie:I haven't had a nightmare in 5 years, because simply, nothing scares me after being in the FNaF fandom. I had nightmares about Springetrap- after that I didn't really have any more nightmares because I was drenched in sarcasm after that so nothing psychical scares me, and nothing terrifies me.

Marie:But, if you want non-reliable advice, I say go to sleep with a shot gun and shoot all your fears away- (Nah don't do that actually-)

Marie:What I Do is think of something to dream about- cause I have the power of CHOOSING A DREAM- and continuing dreams- but I need music to do so, so I suggest some calm music at first, and dream about some fantasy world, from anything, it doesn't have to include yourself. After you get used to doing that, start trying to fall asleep with slightly different genres of music, that your dream can revolve around, practicing that can help reduce nightmares by your mind willingly creating something you'd find scary, and fitting it into some plot line that you know is a dream, so it doesn't scare you as much. Oh- and watch YouTube videos after watching a horror movie before bed, it makes your brain mostly forget about the movie.
