Okay so I just finished The Bane Chronicles and after I read one of the short stories I came up with a hilarious image in my brain that I just had to put down so:

on their AkwArD first date Magnus and Alec encounter singers on a bus.
The song was funny but they didn't laugh.
Now imagine this:Magnus laughing so hard he snorts and Alec laughing so hard he actually falls off the bus seat...
Maybe you could switch it round but it was just so funny in my head 😂
