How the heck should I know? Power levels in our world are different from DBZ.

We use Reishi/Reiatsu, not Ki. 

(But Ki is still similar to Reishi/Reiatsu. While they all focus on the same aspect, they only are different names)

That doesn't mean that it will be judged in the same way. So yes, while Ki and Reiatsu are similar, they wouldn't exactly be used in the same way. Say if someone from there came to Bleach, their power level may be much lower than just a lieutenant or captain. While if a captain were to travel to the DBZ world, we could be viewed as much weaker than even a half-saiyan in that world.
