Brandeen glanced at the fourth wall as he returned to the cave, a large bag with a bit of blood dripping out of it slung over his shoulder while he carried a dead rabbit in his hand.

''We aren't able to take care of Bryan when he's awake, because he freaks out and tries to use his magic which drains him, or he ends up hurting himself. Not to mention that he will usually wake up when someone touches him. Turning back to an adult had actually made him unconscious, meaning that Rian would have been able to care for him.'' Brandeen walked by Bryan's room, sending a small greeting to Rian since Bryan was still unconscious, before walking into the kitchen and beginning to prepare the food for himself and Rian since he had no idea when Bryan would wake up.

Rian looked up at the fourth wall before chuckling.

''Sorry to disappoint. My twin and I are cannibals.'' Bryan shifted a bit and whined softly, causing Rian to frown and run his fingers through Bryan's hair while humming softly, causing Bryan to calm down and relax.

Rian smiled at this and continued, not noticing that Brandeen was smiling softly at him from the doorway. Brandeen turned and silently made his way back to the kitchen, not wanting to disturb Bryan.
