*Walking back to the Gordons' Apartment*

Babs: I had a fun time tonight. You should really sing karaoke more often.

Dick: You are neve going to let me live this down, are you?

Babs: Nope. Never in a million years.

*Dick and Babs arrive at the Gordon's home*

Dick: Welp, here we are.

Babs: Yeah....

Dick: Goodnight, Babs.

Babs: Dad!

Dick: Commissioner Gordon!

Jim: Oh. I see that I'm interrupting something.

Babs: Daddy, please let me explain-

Jim: There's no need, Barb. Could you go inside for a minute, I need to speak with Richard.

*Barbara gives Dick a hug as if she is never going to see him again before going inside her apartment*

Dick: *gulp*

Jim: Son, I have know you since you were a little kid. I trust you and your father......for the most part. But you have to understand, Barb is my little girl, and I won't let her get hurt.

Dick: I swear that I won't ever hurt Barbara. She's my closest friend and......and I really care about her.

Jim:  You're a good kid, Dick, but just a warning if you break that promise, I will shoot you.

Dick: Yes sir.

Jim: Have a good night........and make sure you go to bed early. You and Bruce have been looking a little tired lately. *goes into apartment*

Dick: *thought* He can't know.........can he?

Pixie: I thought that was going to be more intersting, oh well. At least Dick gets to live. As always, ask and dare stuff for Dick and Babs to do. And stay whelmed!
