As usual , George was in his office ,but this time he was waiting anxiously for Alessia . She probably had forgotten her task , he thought . Which means she calls herself juicy for nothing.
Lost in his thoughts , he hasn't noticed her arrival ,until she hit his front desk . On doing so ,she worsened his thoughts ,as he was startled seeing her the way she was now .
She was looking much more beautiful than the last time he saw her . Her eyes were chocolate brown ,probably lenses but it did fit her pale skin . She used very small make up but her eyeliner was quite obvious , so also her eyelashes were well brushed with mascara . A tight black dress was what she had put on , along with a gold colored jacket , with her hair packed up for her pear shaped face to be well noticed . Her dress did its very best by giving way for her curves and edges to show quite well...
Interrupting his thoughts , Alessia called out " Mr Walin , um ..,I've got news for you ". She herself had noticed the way her boss stared at her . Obviously she enjoyed it , as she had become red all over .
Finally getting out of his world , George tried his very best to act like nothing had happened.  Trying to settle for an angry look , George ended up looking confused before he actually asked , "What took you so long ?"
 
" I know , I know , I'm sorry but I had to rake my daughter to the daycare . I'm very sorry please , and in order to prove my sincere apology , I have raw fact news ..."
  "Get to the point please ,and sit "

  "Umm..Mayor Gorgonel was not actually kidnapped ". She paused for a while and then continued ."His company ,Bez, has been running out of customers for the past three months because his goods are no longer in good shape and quality as before . I think he's gone bankrupt ..."

"Bank ..what , Bez is worth quite a fortune so how come ?" George inquired ,with a surprised look .

"I know , what really made his go bankrupt is the fact that he's into drugs , so most of the money , in fact all of it goes there ". Alessia sighed and continued " So he had his workers take him away , not too far tho, Egypt "

"Well well , how did you get this juicy news. I've been on it for a month and .."

Interrupting him , she replied " Speak no more " then she giggled " I was born for this, Mayor Gorgonel needs the money which is why he made his so called kidnappers request for Thirty billion dollars, which I presume is a fortune " she said laying emphasis on the word "a" .

"By one thirty today you'll have to go with the media to Bez , the whole job is on you " . George felt so Great fun that he had chosen Alessia, out of 67 other applicants .

" I have to get my daughter by two , so I don't know how it'll work out . " she knew quite well that her boss wouldn't decline the offer of taking care of her daughter if she sounded bothered .

"Text me the address ". He said sounding business like . " I'll stay with her throughout the day ".

"Sure its just by the next block , Totties is actually the name "

" Totties is quite expensive tho , no problem "

"I'll just ring the school , and drop do's and don't ...

"My mum has told me a lot about you Mr , she says you are handsome too . No doubt about that "Ashley said . She was very surprised that her moms boss George Walin had come to pick her up .
  George on the other hand was stressed as he remembered all the protocol it took to pick her . He scoffed . What if she was the presidents daughter . He was driving and at the same time had to nod and laugh in reply to everything Ashley had to say . She was one parrot .
  "My best friend Jeremy is eight and I love him , he's in my class too , we do things together but he's an orphan ".Suddenly she stopped talking . If there was one thing Ashley despised , it was talking to someone and not getting any reply . She was going to have to deal with this one .
  "So tell me about yourself Mr "

  "Just call me George ",he replied , still focusing on the steering .

  "No , I'll call you Gee , hope you're cool with that ". She grinned . He was talking already .

Laughing loud , then he replied " OK , I'm Gee Walin , I'm the only son , my elder brother ran away  , my mom is in a home for old people , and yes I'm not married . Am done ".With the confused look in her face , he realized he had bitten  more than he could chew so he added " we're almost home , keep your questions till me eat lunch ".
With a reassuring smile on her face Ashley replied " Better , I've got a thousand and one questions for you ....

It had not been easy working with the press at Bez , as Alessia was very tired . She had met more than she planned . If she had known that she wouldn't be home till ten pm she would have declined the job . But really ,who was smart enough to decline a job from Walin himself . As she walked towards his door , she wondered how annoyed he would be for leaving his daughter . How she wished she had sent Nancy .
Ringing the doorbell, she sighed and rested on the door .

"...thanks once again , George . I'll send a report in the morning through the receptionist ".Luckily for her Ashley was asleep . She had spent extra thirty minutes there listening to their days adventure and also telling him how the report went. 
"Sure , and hey I won't mind if Ashley and Jeremy come over tomorrow , since its Saturday we could go over to Disney Land .
  "Thanks ,sure . at least I'll be free ".
Thy both stood outside staring at each other for a while . Saying nothing . It was really tensed . George felt the urge to walk forward and kiss her , but with a child in her hands who had the mind to do so , and what kind of boss does that .

After a while , George broke the silence "Goodnight "..
"Good night " she replied .
