Flowerblight vs the Bad Batch
Hello there!
This is a story of the Bad Batch meeting the crazy flower lady from Zelda Breath of the Wild. You don't need to know the game to read this, just know that she's a crazy lady that goes wild if you trample her flowers!
Tw: Violence
They had been walking for a while now, and Omega was starting to get bored. So was Wrecker. Then they saw a pretty patch of flowers, and sidetracked to go see it.
Echo sat in the grass next to the flowers, while the other went to look at the flowers. Tech reached down to pluck one, when someone stepped on his hand making him yelp and pull away.
"Aren't the flowers lovely?" A strange woman asked as she lifted her foot from Tech's hand. "I wanted to see how the shrine would look with flowers around it, and it's lovely!"
Tech rubbed at his hand, wincing at the pain. "Who are you?"
"My name is Magda!" The woman cheerily said.
"Hello Magda!" Omega greeted her.
On her way over to say hello, Omega tripped.
And fell into the flower patch.
"No!" Magda screamed. "You must not hurt the flowers! They are screaming out in pain!"
"I'm sorry!" Tears came to Omega's eyes. "I fell by accident!"
"It's okay Omega," Hunter helped her up and wiped the tears from her face. "They're just flowers."
"Please treat the flowers with care!" Magda clasped her hands and smiled sweetly. "They're living things you know!"
"Whatever," Crosshair rolled his eyes.
Magda fumed silently, clenching and unclenching her fists. Omega's eyes widened at the woman's sign of fury.
Wrecker stumbled to them, walking through the flowers.
"Hey! What do you think you're doing?" Magda demanded. "You must not harm the flowers!"
"Aw jeez I'm sorry lady," Wrecker sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck. "I didn't mean to do that."
Magda closed her eyes and took in a deep breath, a vein in her forehead throbbing. Omega put her hand in Hunter's and tugged him away from Magda.
"Let's leave her alone," Omega looked up at him with big, pleading eyes.
"Okay boys," Hunter called the others over. "Let's keep moving."
Echo, Wrecker and Crosshair hurried to catch up to them, quickly reaching their side. Tech leaned over to watch a beetle, before it flew away. Tech sighed and jogged to catch up to the others.
And it his hurry, a pebble was kicked up from his movement.
It rolled.
Into the garden.
"So many times... I've lost count of how many times I've told you... It's just so many now... How do you not understand? Why don't you get it? ARGGG!! NOOOOOOO!!" Magda screamed and tore at her hair, falling to her knees.
Omega anxiously tugged at Hunter's hand, making him look down at her to make sure she was alright. He pulled her behind his back and signalled for Echo and Wrecker to pull out their blasters.
"I worked day...after day...after day...to plant these flowers... Then you come and hurt them...over...and over...I will make you understand the flowers' rage!" Magda bitterly cried, whipping her head up to pierce Tech with her angry gaze.
Crosshair leaned over and covered Omega's eyes as Tech's screams filled the air.
After it was done, he removed his hands and wrinkled his nose at Tech's limp form.
"Tech!" Omega knelt by his side.
"Aw man," Wrecker nudged Tech with his foot. "Is he alive?"
Magda had turned back into her cheery self, watching her precious flowers.
Tech let out a low groan and sat himself up. He rubbed his face and adjusted his goggles.
"I think it best that we leave the flowers alone."
"You think so?" Crosshair sarcastically remarked.
"Yes," Tech nodded.
Omega smiled and held Tech's hand and they continued on their journey, eyeing all flowers with suspicion.
Ah, a bit of fluff.
It was my first time writing a bit of a crossover, and I'm not sure if I like it.
