After 6 months

    " I'm home " I said locking the door and expecting my princess to came running  and jump on me but their is no sign of her. Where is she ?

" Jaan " I called her opening our bedroom's door...umm yeah our bedroom, she fears of sleeping alone and we always sleeps together, so she shifted to my room. Now it's our.

    There she is sitting near window holding her teddy with a cute pout on her face. Is she angry with me ?

But I didn't do anything, I think.

   I sat infront of her and pulled her on my lap. She snuggled to me more. She is not angry but sad.

" Kya hua Jaan " I asked her resting my head over her head.

" Kal parents teacher meeting hai " so what to take tension about it.

" So " she pulled back and stared at me. Now what I did ?

   It's only a parents teacher meeting and all will come with their parents.

   How can I be so dumb ? I hugged her tightly and caresses her back.

" Sorry princess " I whispered kissing her hairs.

" Whom I take with me " she said in a low tone.

" Obviously me " She is my responsibility and it's my duty. She looked at me with shock.

" Tum nehi asakte jaanu main teacher ko kya kahungi tum mere kon hai "

   Only principal of the school knew the truth but now he was retired and the new principal doesn't know anything. The previous principal was a honest and kind man so I trusted him and he knows the real identity of Avni. For everyone she is Avni Khanna as I changed her surname for her safety and after knowing her past I can't take risk of disclosing her real identity. What if she get to know Avni being alive ? Until I found proof against her I have to be careful as she is very powerful.

" Your guardian, don't stress about it I'll handle everything " she smiles and kissed my cheek. She is very comfortable with me now.

" Mujhe bhuk lagi hai " she pouts.

" Meri princess ko bhul lagi hai " I said like a baby to my baby caressing her tummy. She giggles and nods.

" Achha batao kya khana hai " she thinks tapping her chin. She is so adorable. My princess.

" Pasta " she said licking her lips.

" Ok bas 2 min main abhi uniform change karke aaya " she nodded her head and I came to bathroom taking my  clothes.

Avni

    Jaanu is making pasta for me and I'm sitting on slab crossing my legs. My eyes fell on tomato catchup and an idea strike in my genius mind. I took  the bottle and opened the cap carefully without making any noise. I puts some ketchup on my mouth and on my hand.

Now Action

    I started coughing covering my mouth. He looked at me with concern.

" Kya hua princess " he rubs my back. Slowly I removes my hand from my mouth. His eyes got wider and his expression is like I'm a ghost who scared him to death.

" Ja.cough..jaanu..cough " he started panicking

" Avni...yeh... blood kese..."

" Ahhh..." I acted like I fainted. He carried me to living room and laid me on couch. 

" Jaan achhen kholo..... Jaan kya hua......Please akhen kholo... princess please " he is caressing my hairs and begging me to wake up. Umm... little more then I will stop my prank. I felt something wet on my cheek and then heard Jaanu's sobs. He is crying.

" Mujhe jaldi se Avni ko hospital leke jana padega...mera mobile kahan hain " o teri...I have to stop now or else he will take me to hospital

" Jaanu "  I giggles opening my eyes. He smiles widely and embraces me in his arms tightly.

" Princess are you ok...tumne toh mujhe dara hi dia tha " awww jaanu got scared

" It was a prank jaanu " he broke the hug and looked at me

" Toh yeh kya hai " he pointed at tomato ketchup. I licked the catchup over my mouth and giggles.

" Tomato ketchup " he hold his face in his palm and then rubbed his face roughly.

" Yeh tumhe majak lagta hai Avni "  he got up and ran his fingers on his hairs.

" maine toh bas chhota sa majak kia jaanu gussa kyun ho rehe ho " I hold his hand but he jerked my hand.

" Majak....Han....meri jaan nikane wali thi bas aur tumhe yeh majak lagta hai "  he is really very angry on me but my intention was not to hurt him.

" Jaanu sorry na.... please maaf do" he took a deep breath and turned stands back facing me

" Khana taiyar hai khake so jana apne room main " he went to his room banging the door harshly making me jumped in fear. I ran to his room and knocked the door.

" Jaanu sorry.... please darwaja kholo...I'm sorry " I kept on knocking and begging but he didn't opened the door. It's all my fault I hurted him.

Neil

     She hurted me so much this time and I can't forgive her easily. She never understand what I felt that time. I felt like someone pulling my heart from my body. What if that was real, I don't even want to think. She don't even know what she to me.

She is my life.

    I wanted to calm down myself, so I told her to sleep in her room. I know she must be crying now but she is wrong and should learn a lesson.  God knows she ate something or not. She was hungry.

   I came out of room to check on her and found her sitting holding her knees on floor. She looked at me with pleading eyes to forgive her but I walks to kitchen ignoring her. The food was untouched that means have not eat anything yet.

   After drinking water I came out of kitchen, she is still sitting there. Her face is red and eyes are swollen.  She stretched her arms indicating me to picked her. Don't make it difficult for me princess.

" Tumne khana kyun nehi khaya " I said calmly. She puts her hands down in disappointment.

" Tum khila do na "

" Khana kitchen main hai bhuk lage toh kha lena " her eyes become teary. I badly want to embrace her right now but I control my eager and came back to my room.

    
       I kept on tossing my side on bed. I can't sleep without her and I know she too. Is I'm over reacting ?

God, what I did ?

She is not enough mature now and thinks what she did was only a prank. It's my responsibility to guide her what is wrong and right and instead of that I'm punishing her. Because of me she have not eat anything.

I comes to apologise her but she is not there, I checked her room too but there is no sign of her. Where she gone at this time ?

I did a big mistake by ignoring her.

I heard her sobs coming from balcony. Without waiting for a second I ran to balcony and found her folding like a ball on couch and sobbing.

My baby

I engulfed her in my arms and she immediately turned feeling my touch.

" I'm sorry jaanu please maaf kardo aage se kabhi asa nehi karungi pakka... please mujhse naraj mat ho... I'm sorry " she kept on murmuring. She is clinging onto my chest like a small baby.

" I'm sorry too " I whispered kissing her hairs.

" Main toh bas majak kar rehi thi mujhe nehi pata tha tum gussa ho jaoge " I sighed and sits her on my lap. She encircled her arms around my neck and legs around my waist.

" Everything has a limit Avni " I paused

" ok just think what if that situation was real and I'm in your place... what will be your reaction " she pulled back and looked at me with her widen eyes. She shook her head.

" No never....I don't want you in that situation never ever " Now she can realise what I felt that time. I smiled and puts her head on my chest.

  
" Ab samajh main aaya what I felt that time seeing you in that situation " she nodded her head and hugged me tightly

" I'm sorry jaanu, I wouldn't do that again " I cupped her face and wiped her tears

" Promise " I asked her

" I promise " I kissed her forehead and hugged her

" Jaanu "

" Huh "

" bhuk lagi hai " she said playing with my t- shirt. I carried to kitchen and placed her on placed her on kitchen slab. I warmed the pasta and served it on a plate.

   She opened her mouth like a baby and started feeding her.

My baby girl

After having our dinner we headed to our bedroom and laid on bed. All of sudden she sits on my stomach and crossed her arms.

" I'm angry on you " she pouts

" Why, what I did " I asked her raising my eyebrows

" You told me before that now it's our room na " I nods

" Han yeh hamara room hai toh "

" Toh tumne mujhe asa kyun kaha ki apne room main sona yeh bhi toh mera hi room hai " That time I was frustrated and want to control my angry so I told her to sleep in her previous room.

" Sorry princess wo main gusse main tha na toh asa bol dia...sorry " she turned her face to other side

" Sorry na princess ab gussa mat ho dekho main kan padak kar sorry bol raha hu " I said holding my ears. She looked at me through corner of her eyes then turns to me

" Thik hai " she smiled and laid over me " good night jaanu "

" Good night princess " I held her close to my heart and kissed her forehead. Tomorrow is going to be very difficult for me. I think I'm the first person who is going to attain his love's parents teacher meeting. Is not it awkward.......it is but we are eachother's only family and I'll always be there for her.
