When I awoke again I was right back at my bed in our main base, I felt famished and a little thirsty so I got up and tried to walk. Before utterly failing, a servant came rushing into my room immediately.

"I'm fine, bring me a glass of water and some food, please," I asked before helping myself up and getting dressed as best I could. Looking in the mirror, I felt satisfied by my way of dress, there was an eyepatch over the eye that hid that seal so my eyesight was hindered. (Look at the picture, and imagine the eyes as olive)

Then it hit me, I had forgotten all about my pokemon and, my entire appearance had changed! I looked older by a few years, and everything grew appropriately with that look, my aura, muscles, lungs, and mind all felt sharper. Judging from my voice, and looks, I guessed I aged about 5 years, which would make me 14. 

I walked back to the table in my room before the servant walked back in with some breakfast and mildly warm water, and two pills were given to me.

I examined the pills before determining they were painkillers and took them before starting to eat.

"Master Delta would like to see you after you finish eating"

"I see, tell her I'll be there shortly"

I finished up breakfast and started towards Mother's chambers immediately as not to disappoint or anger her. I knocked on the door twice before going in when I heard her say "Enter".

"My son, are you well? I was afraid when we lost contact with you of all people for 2 weeks,"

"Apologies for making you all worry, I was unfortunately captured by Aether and yet I did learn quite a bit."

"Oh? Do pray and tell, on the flash drive you had, we only got some basic info"

"Indeed, they were able to destroy the computer systems before I could get anything. However, here is my fully truthful recount of the events up to and during my capture."

"The mission was proving to be successful as I had learned about their experiments with something called "The Otherworldly Darkness" and some dimensional travel perhaps. I played low for a while after checking out their secret lab and confirming my info on this "Darkness", I didn't lay eyes on it, but many notes referenced it to the relics I had seen in the lab"

"Interesting, so they were planning to control or at least find this darkness, and you mentioned Relics, but of what kind?"

"There was a yellow gem sparking with electricity and yet, I don't think it was just a simple thunderstone, a giant tablet with ancient writing, some huge chains that emitted a red glow, a bone that belonged to creature 8-10ft in height, and the flutes of sun and moon."

"Can you still remember the symbols on the tablet?"

"My memories are still fuzzy, but some of the same symbols were carved onto my body, as you've seen"

"I see, so what happened next?" "That's odd, Mother never shows anger or much emotion."

"After that, I decided to lay low for a while because security had tightened, Aether had only discovered the "Otherworldly Darkness" and "Ultra Beasts" 6 months back and if you remember, that is when they closed their borders." 

"Indeed it is, whatever they found, it must've been important."

"After security loosened back up, I went back in, however, my Pokemon were not with me since they had been tired out from being at the daycare. Speaking of which, do you know where they are?" 

"They are resting, we found them exhausted because they were searching for days."

"Thank Arceus, in any case, that was when my capture happened, however, I did witness something important before my capture. They are training people to control the elements, using these amber spheres embedded in equipment, they can somehow control the elements, although to a lesser degree than trained pokemon."

"Oh? That is certainly a development."

"After I was captured, I didn't get any useful information from any of my interrogators or my surroundings, I knew we were underwater because of my aura but besides the acronym: A.R.C which was on their uniforms, nothing else."

"So, there is a new organization in play, indeed troublesome. Care to explain your age change as well? Our testing showed you have the body of a 14-year-old now, but along with that, some parts of your body are in observable from MRI or x-ray imaging."

I swallowed hard at the question, my body now suddenly tensed up and froze in place as if it didn't want to give an answer. Yet still, I found the right words to speak.

"There was some experiment they put me through at the end of my capture, they threw the relics I mentioned before into this blue liquid and threw me in as well, sealing me in. I lost consciousness and when I awoke the lab was crumbling around me and my body changed, I did, however, gain enough power to break out and fly to the Kalos safehouse" As soon as then words left my mouth my body was wracked with pain like I had been shocked or something of the sort.

"Come and rest my child, your body most likely still needs to adjust to its changes." She came over to me and picked me up and carried me over to her bed and lay me down so I could get some rest. I will admit that I was soothing to just sit in silence and have her stroke my hair and I soon let sleep claim me once more.

"Rest mortal, for your trials, has just begun." was the last thing I heard in my head from that creature.

A nice little epilogue I wrote because I was bored. :)
