Ash shielded his eyes from the bright sunlight as he stepped outside. All of his friends where stand there, looking slightly ominous. Ash stiffened with fear. "Hear it comes," He thought, half expecting to be betrayed. Instead, he was pleasantly surprised.

"We heard what happened." Said Brock.

"You lost another league." Said Misty.

"That's why," May started to say before getting interrupted by her brother.

"We're going to help you train for the next league!" Max said excitedly. Ash was pleasantly surprised. This was much better than what he was anticipating. All the remaining people gave words of inspiration;

"You can do it!"

"If I can become the champion, you can win a league."

"Welcome to Flavortown!"

"I'll do what I can to help!"

"Notice me, Senpai."

Ash figured the first thing he should do with his new found support is train his Pokémon that weren't released/died/went missing/etc.
