Sara's pov

It has been about a month since
Zane's plan & only two weeks after which slendy sent me & Jeff
On a mission to kill the mayor of this shity little town up in the mountains

Which brings us to where we are now
In a dark abandoned old house getting ready to go out for the job

" are you almost done getting dressed i heard"
Jeff's voice bark from downstairs

Sara" yeah just finishing up now"
I slipped on my new Electric blue hoodie which matches one of the colors I can make my lightning

And i begin to head downstairs

As Jeff came into my line of vision
He began" you look like a vibrant Hell storm so beautiful"

Sara" thanks "
I say it while trying to hide a bright red blush that was forming across my face

Jeff" let's get gone I want to get this over with ASAP so we can leave this stupid small town already"

Sara" ok lets do this"

Than we left the house
As we walked towards the location of the target

I begin to think
( Jeff is definitely right we need to get out of here if what Slendy said to Jeff a few years ago is right
We only have about 2 more years before zalgo comes back
We really should be training)

I was snapped out of my train of thought when Jeff spoke"
Ok we are here I'll take the upstairs you take the downstairs"

Sara" got it"

We stormed the house
I quickly begin getting my powers ready

While Jeff brandished his knife with his shadows wrapping around it
I then saw him using his shadows to jump up through one of the windows

I then bolted through the front door

Jeff's pov

I jumped through one of the upstairs windows to find myself in a dark hallway

I began walking for a minute when I Heard the sound of Sara crashing through the front door

Along with A faint sounding voice coming from downstairs.

But at the same time I found the door to the master bedroom ripped off it's hinges

With the message carved in the wall
That said you're too late but look behind you

I quickly. Turned around only to see A little figure looking like a Teddy bear but with a huge grin on its face
" I see you've noticed that your targets aren't here
well you see we can't have you killing off zalgo supporters
So instead we are going to kill you"

With that I flick my knife out sending a shadow out right for the creature

But it dodges with ease

"that won't work Jeff I've known all of your abilities for a while now"

Jeff" how do you know my name?
You stupid fucking teddy bear"

" well me and a whole bunch of other creatures Who are loyal to Zalgo have amassed into an army awaiting his return and the leader of the army for now is a being known as laughing jack. And he told me to learn everything about you that I could
Because he had a hunch you become a threat later on. And now that you have it's time I kill you
But seeing as I know your name it's only fitting you know mine before I kill you can call me MR.WIDEMOUTH you stupid fucking boy he hee hee he"

Jeff" well that ain't going to happen"

As I said that I launched myself at the creature's throat

But before I could get in any kind of blow he opened his mouth as wide as he could almost like he was unhinging his jaw & he
Chomped down on my arm as hard as he could and then threw me back against the wall

Sara's pov

As I walked into the house I saw nothing but a living room in front of me with a figure standing in the shadows
As I begin walking towards the thing it spoke
In a surprisingly feminine voice"
So your Jeff's new girl
You're kind of pretty what a pity you have to die"

Sara" why's that?

The feminine voice" because I...." She was interrupted by a boy looking around Jeff's age in a blue hoodie with Hatchetts

"Stop you asshole...." he throws his hagchetts at her

She jumps out the window
To dodge " I guess widemouth
Is on his own now "

She said running not wanting
To fight him

As she faded into the distance we heard a loud sound coming from upstairs so we both crept up the stairs quickly to help
With whatever he was fighting right now

Jeff's pov

I was fighting him with everything I had
As I hear foot steps
Coming

He tried biting my arm off
But before he could I managed to flip him into the doorway

As he looks up he freezes seeing a boy in a blue hoodie with hatchets and Sara. He quickly gets up and runs off

Mr. widemouth"
This will not be the last time Jeff"
He said smirking as he jumped out the window

I take a second to breathe
As they both help me to my feet after I fell to my knees from flipping him into the doorway

Sara" you OK Jeff?"
She asked sweetly.

I nod quickly but twitch from the pain

While the boy in the hood stayed quiet.

We walked back to the hideout to get me bandaged up and to rest up to go back to the teams hideout tomorrow
