Ascending Masters Part 3

With the first part out of the way, we are here to see if you can take thinking about how if we die, what makes you fear death's grip. If I told you that there is a 5th dimension after we die, like a transition from meditation to enlightenment. It takes years to ascend. Even then, people go their entire life without a transition.

But in history, we can think of people like the Budda and Yahoasha. Yeah, these terms are common knowledge. But what's not known is that we are born to die. Relative to popular belief, we are suffering and changing. Growing but not as a species. To witness someone's good nature, it is good to observe. We can learn from this how to be more empathetic. Without adding to more stress. I will end this chapter with some words.

With water
With flesh
With love
With a glove,
With a palm,
With a long breath both ways.
I will join you in the beyond,
You feel me as familiar, but I'm just love and light and oneness come home and find yourself.

My palm, like your brain, is complex and changing. Adding lines to my Experience, as art flows onto my hand displaying the work, and struggles I have overcome, to give up now is to quit halfway, to think to commit suicide is to stop learning. As we need to endure to the very end no matter how hard it is to reach, how afraid you are to keep going you are are almost there. Don't let all the suffering and heartache cut short. Let it be and just be, you will see that, to see is momentary and to be in the moment is to be in your skin, no troubles come from no thoughts. Anxiety and pain fade away, as I drift off unto a deep sleep, never to awake, but to awake and realise that, the next day may come and I'm still here, but to not wake up, is to drift as endless eternal struggles quietly fade and I am happy with what I done.

ChBornr 3 born to Die,

With the thoughts experiment out of the way, we can get into the deep stuff. I'm not here to say to you it's going to be easy when you do die, no, it will be the hardest thing you will experience.

But with decloacking the stigma of death, by showing you that it's not to be feared. No, but exactly the opposite, it would be longed for. But everyone fears the unknown. Dying is a part of life. But you don't have to be afraid. Like many people and religious perspectives, they say there's an afterlife, a sort of shamiyum/ heaven.

From what we can gather, there are several stories about people passing away and coming back to life. Lightning strikes victims who experience death and beings of light that make them feel loved and welcome.

From research, it says that there is this mechanism called soul contract in which. Beings from the 5th dimension or Heaven have deals with each other to experience love and affection, friendship and family and at the end of their life they, meet up again and welcome us as angels into the 5th dimension.

Part 3 Biophotons and the body.

The connection we feel to the other place is deeply seeded in our souls As we grow we also change and experience things in life but to understand enlightenment you will need to practice meditation or at least notice your breathing and keep it steady
In the last 12 years, I have researched and practised meditation, breathing, dance, and other forms of meditation. I have been working on my breathing for 20 years now 30 I'm looking to share some of that knowledge.

Just because it's scary does not mean you should be afraid of it,

This morning I was writing a page in my book when I realised a part I was writing could be real, so I looked up a 6th dimension and there was a sentence saying the 6th dimension is the dimension of light and purity like no physical form, and that's what I was writing a second universe of light next to the quintessence universe in my books.

I only say this as it's a coincidence, and they are key to karma and giving it back to the universe. Moving forward furthermore, there's a link between meditation and ascending to the 5th dimension,

Like this monk I talked about at the start there is a way to meditate without having to leave earth, that's what I'm studying now.

But you have to practice over time to get a feel of your internal energy. But you may not if your thoughts cloud your meditation so too does starts mind start closing your whenthoughtsnthoughtss like, shit, fuck and other useless words come up to toy say differently for present practice.

And as you do this you can forward your thoughts to change them, by saying something different in your head to divert the idea in the head.

If you have mental health issues you may struggle at the start as I did, but try dancing, Evan if it's not something you do, do it as people are waiting at the stop light. The ego should be driven as far out of your mind as possible but still within reach as you can't try getting rid of it entirely which may drive you to seek more from your life. But as we go on we see that what you already have is sufficient enough to keep your mind positioned in the right direction so that you can catch the wind of enlightenment.

Now we move on to sleep, Please like and follow. I will do my best to see my mistakes. But 😊, hey, if you're feeling a bit down, feom this. Close your eyes, and imagine how many people 2,000 years ago. Where thinking when these people reached out, to the beyond no fear, and explored the mening of spirituality.
