"Ponyboy please don't walk away not now," I beg as he looks at me anger evident in his eyes. "Please, don't leave when your mad at me."

He shakes his head, "I have to!"

Tears stream down my face, "please, don't. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to."

"Avery, calm yourself," he rolls his eyes.

I grab his arm, "Ponyboy, just don't leave me! Don't go! Please, don't be mad at me. Don't storm out of the face angrily. I can't take it!

"Just let me go!" He screams as he rips his arm out of my grasp and storms out of the house.

"Do you trust me?" Pony asks.

I sigh as I sit up, "that depends...Do you keep any secrets from me?"

"No," he looks away making it obvious he's lying.

"What are you keeping from me?" I stand up angrily.

He rolls his eyes, "babe, just don't!"

"No I won't!" I scream back at him. "Ponyboy, we've been through so damn much! We've cheated on each other! We've broken up! We've gotten through so much! Why are you keeping secrets from me? Maybe I don't trust you. Did you cheat on me once again?"

"Says the girl who's pregnant with Dallas Winston's baby!" He rolls his eyes as he speaks harshly. "I know you've had your fair share of cheating!"

"Like you haven't! I caught you with Cherry!" I yell at him. "I only slept with Dallas because, I caught you with Dallas!"

He rolls his eyes, "don't play that card again! We both know, you and Dally had something going on. It was obvious!"

"He's dead!" I yell at him. "Even if we did, it doesn't matter anymore! He's gone and I can't see him anymore! His child won't know him! He's gone and yes, I do miss him everyday of my life, but I'm in love with you!"

He sighs, "would you still love me, if Dally was alive?"

I nod my head as I walk up to him trying to grab my hand, "of course, I would Ponyboy. I told you, I'm in love with you. I want to marry you."

"Dallas, he would swear on his life that one day he would marry you," Pony says as he pulls his hands away from my reaching ones. "Would you of wanted to marry him?"

"I want to marry you," I choke out. "I told you that already. You have to just trust me, please. Trust me, Ponyboy. I'm in love wit you and you're the only person I want to be with."

He shrugs, "I doubt that. Sodapop?"

"He's with Diamond," I speak desperately. "He's dating my best friend. We could never cheat with each other. I'm with his brother and he's with my best friend!"

He shakes his head, "I just need some time to think."

"About what?" I ask tears rolling down my cheeks. "Please, tell me Ponyboy. Please! You have to trust me!"

He shakes his head, "why should I trust you, when you don't trust me?"

I go to grab his hand, but he pulls it away from me, "Ponyboy, please."

He goes to walk away, but I don't let him, "do you even love me?"

I nod my head as I cry, "of course, I love you. I've never once questioned my feelings for you. Ponyboy, I'm in love with you."

"Well I need to think about it," he says as he goes to storm out of the house.

"Ponyboy please don't walk away not now," I beg as he looks at me anger evident in his eyes. "Please, don't leave when your mad at me."

He shakes his head, "I have to!"

I sigh as I cry sadly, "fine leave! As if you can hear me anyway."

I sit on the ground of the Curtis house with tears in my eyes. I feel so stupid. I could of just said I trusted him. Although, that would of been a lie. I don't know anymore. I'm so confused. I place my hand on my stomach. This is the one person who will stay with me forever, and who's love for me is unconditional.

I hear a knock on my door as I sit with Diamond and Liz, watching a movie. "I'll get it," I whisper softly as they nod their head slowly hanging on every word the T.V. says, but I'm not into this movie. It's some mystery, that I could care less. It's always the butler who does it.

I walk away from the couch opening the door to see a crying Sodapop standing in the pouring rain. I gasp softly, "oh my god, Soda, what's wrong? Please come inside. You're soaking wet! You're gonna get sick!"

He shakes his head and I can see the fear in his eyes as he stumbles over his words, "I-I ca-n't. Po-Po-Po-Pony....boy n-n-needs me."

"What happened?" I ask as I look back at Diamond and Liz who don't eve release what's going on. They're still stuck on every word. I walk outside into the rain closing the door softly behind. "Sodapop, is Ponyboy okay?" He shakes his head as tears fall from his face and I feel and immense wave of not only worry, but fear. "Oh my god! What happened?"

"H-He, got hit b-by a car," he stutters over his words as he cries softly. The rain soaking the both of us now. "It was a hit and run. They don't know what happened."

My heart drops and I sob loudly, "he can't die!"

"You think he's gonna die?" He gasps.

I run into my house leaving Soda in the rain as I sob. I stand in front my two best friends, "I gotta go, I'm sorry."

"What's wrong?" Liz asks.

I sigh as I turn off the T.V. "Ponyboy got hit by a car."

Diamond's eyes go wide, "oh my god, Ava! I am so sorry."

"I just, I really gotta go and Soda's outside waiting for me," I sigh. "Enjoy the movie."

Oh my god! I don't know how many more chapters there will be in this book. I'm on chapter 22, right now and I know there are a few more mini plots. Although, I know the ending already and have it written. Stay gold. Do it for Johnny!
