Evie kept on fidgeting and pulling the sleeves of her jacket.

She wasn't sure why she was nervous to meet Jachin's sisters even though she had already met them during Jachin's birthday.

Napalingon si Evie nang may marinig na tahol.

Jachin unclasped Lulu's harness so she could run towards Evie.

Lulu! Oof. I missed you too, baby!

Evie lifted Lulu with a huff. Nagiging mabigat na ito.

Hindi mapigilan ni Jachin mapangiti habang pinanonood si Lulu at Evie. Para itong kiti-kiti sa bisig ni Evie. She also kept on trying to lick Evie's face.

Jachin
Bigat na 'no?

Evie
Yeah. But don't let her hear that!

Lumapit ang dalawang babaeng kapatid ni Jachin sa kanila.

Jedidiah

The girl's eyes sparkled, and it made Evie's heart melt into puddle.
