Narrator's POV

After a ton of pictures by all the parents. Rebecca, Colby, Ashley, Claudio, Fergal, Nigel, Dori Elizabeth, Randy, Alana and Joe all climbed into the black stretch limo the guys (minus Fergal) had split five ways to surprise their dates.
Rebecca snuggled into Colby as they went down the road.
"I'm so happy," she said looking up at Colby.
He smiled at her "I am too," he said capturing her lips with his.
"Hey you two get a room," said Ashley with a laugh.
Colby rolled his eyes as Rebecca blushes.
"Ash you're horrible," said Claudio as he drapes an arm around her shoulders.
Ashley winked at him "And you love it," she smirks.

Rebecca's POV

We arrived where the Junior Prom is being held.
"Woah," said Alana standing next to me we crane.our necks to look at the huge hotel standing in front of us.
"This place is amazing," said Ashley " My older brother had his wedding reception here last year. Wait until you see the ballroom! "
The Splendor is a hotel that has been in Davenport longer than all of our parents have been alive and maybe some of our grandparents. It was built in 1922. This hotel has been the sight for Davenport High School's Junior Prom and Senior Prom (which was being held next week) since DHS opened in 1956.

Narrator's POV

The group of friends walk into where the Junior Prom is being held I Got You Babe by Sonny and Cher filled the ballroom.
"Is that Cher?!" asked Alana.
Rebecca nodded "Yeah she used to sing with her husband Sonny," she said as she sang the song to Colby who rolled his eyes especially when she sang "Don't let them say your hairs to long" but smiled none the less.
"I Got you Babe," he sang to her before he captured her lips with his.
They found their table and Colby pulled the chair out for Rebecca.Claudio,Randy and Joe followed suit for Ashley,Dori Elizabeth and Alana.Fergal and Nigel pulled each others chair out.
Rebecca and Dori Elizabeth smiled at each other. Their best friend had found love in Junior Nigel Adkins and he was over the moon happy.
After the sit down dinner and some laughs. It was time for dancing. Colby had disappeared for a moment. He had went up to the DJ to request Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison.

Colby's POV

I come back after requesting Brown Eyed Girl. I ask for Rebecca's hand.
"May I have this dance?" I ask.
"Forever," she said.
I lead her to the dance floor and the DJ began playing the song.

Rebecca rolled her eyes but captured my lips with hers. She then laid her head on my shoulder.

Narrator's POV

The next song starts I Will Follow Him by Little Peggy March. Colby and Rebecca dance happily. As do their friends none of them aware of what Renee and her two best friends Nikki and Brie are up too.
