Here is what i think about Dick Grayson: He is strong, in so many ways, he is so much strong. He has deep bruises in his heart, the ones who made him who he is, but even through the pain and self judgement he carries, he can be sweet because he's still a safe harbor to the ones who needs it, with his voice, his words and his embrace. He is good and has such a big heart, he helps all the little birds that come flying for him, even the ones he's not capable of helping, he does It same way. But being so good has also made him harsh to himself. He blamed for getting dark being Robin and for all the bad things that happened to the titans, that he needed to be punished, but all he needed was someone to tell him that he was okay, that he did everything he could and he doesn't need to be the martir, because he was raised to be like this.

Thad: Did you get my report on the Finley murder?

Dick: Yeah, I looked it over. Nice work.
