In the new earth thad's past actions, the people he hurt and killed mostly stayed the same. It didn't erase what he did but who he did it to, that was a whole other story. 

Thad was stunned to find out the number of drinks named after him on Jitter's secret menu.

He had fans, actual civilians who rooted for him. The city knowing his public actions,  his fights with the team and his redemption. People who dressed as him, asked for him to sign things... Thad did like the attention. 

Thad had written for Iris's publication no less than a dozen times, one of the results when his name was searched. 

He was horrified when he learned he interned for Barry in the past, that he had more established years, a presence around the GCPD. Captain Singh even knowing him. 

An incident with Sam Lane, that was classified.  Called the 'Military school' incident, and a place the team refused to send him

A number of people knowing both sides of him, more friends. He had popularity.  But the look of people still afraid of him, his actions knowing it. 

There's a framed photograph of him at Joe's house.  In albums, on devices of the time. 

Plans, even powers he had that he couldn't recall before and had to learn all over again.

More history with the rouges, having Central City's criminals afraid of him. But a few proud of him for switching sides.

And an enemy of the Legion of Superheroes having a previous romantic history with him. One that greatly confused Thad, one he hopes he doesn't remember. One with Deborah Morgna.  And another foe who Thad apparently disfigured. 

He becomes a profile, with multiple phds in a possible future, maintaining expertise in other subjects such as engineering, chemistry, etc

Using his own area of justice as The Flash in a possible future, but keeping the public's approval and support.
