A group of archaeologists search for a treasure in the former Paris underground quarries. These were remodeled into mass graves from 1785 due to the lack of space in above-ground cemeteries. But pure horror awaits them in the dark corridors. They come across an inscription that says they find the gate to hell down there. After further searching, the group encounters a spectacular burial site and a secret that terrifies them.

This book is based and inspired on the movie "As Above So Below", which the movie story was written by John Erik Dowdle and Drew Dowdle. Of course I changed some parts of the story and the cast, to make it more personalised but the characters and some parts of the story are mainly based on the movie script.
