So, this is my first HP au :)

Okay, let's get to the point.

Even among wizards, soulmates are a strange subject. Most of the wizarding world believes the whole "soulmate" thing is nothing but a lovely fantasy, just a cute bedtime story for romantic girls and boys. Because, let's be honest, that little legend about a wizard and a witch having different eye color (one color for each one) is just a pretty old and stupid bedtime story.

Two persons having eyes with different colors? Kindred souls? Okay, we gotta accept it: heterochromia is a natural thing among both muggles and wizards, but many centuries of investigations hasn't had any results.

That pretty little fairytale? A fake.

So imagine the reaction of Harry Potter and Hermione Granger when they see each other's eyes for the first time...

Just a fairytale, right?

Well, the Deathly Hollows were just a bedtime story...
