Hello! Haven't seen me in a while... I redrew a couple characters awhile back! First, is a closed species character named Runt and the second is Purger. If you've ever seen the movie purge then you'll understand the design on his mask. But if you haven't I want to tell you that this is NOT related to religious beliefs.
