Once upon a new moon, in other words, some time between a week and 4,000 years ago, a star fell. It fell so far that it smashed into a mountain creating a cave system suitable to house 13 people comfortably, 26 people uncomfortably, and 39 people unreasonably. The star burst into flames and those flames turned into a fire pit, And like all good fire pits do, it spat out a person. This person, like all good people do, decided to avoid contact with anyone else and live in the cave forever, living off of plants, animals, and the stream that flowed not far from the cave. And so this person went on until one day the person found a bear. a big grizzly bear, towering over the person and attacking, the person was so outraged words barged out of the person's mouth.

"DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM!?" The person yelled. The bear didn't, and the bear realized killing a person that didn't know what the person was wasn't worth while and she left.

But the person was now lost.

"Who am I? What is my name? Well, I am from the hearth, the fire, the pit, and a name, hmmm? Joel sounds nice, yes, that is who I am." an that was who he was, and he was content with that, he lived in the cave for another year until the bear came back. This time, however, she had a friend.

"I hear you are a person who doesn't know who you are," Said the girl riding atop the bear,"I have come to help."

"But I do," Said Joel, "I am Joel, I am From the hearth, and I live in this cave!" He said proudly.

"Yes, you have a name, but what do you do? What is your purpose? Every character has one," She asked.

"Well Who are you? What do you do?" Joel asked, wondering.

"I Am Selby, I Am A God, And I Create And Tell The Story Of Life!" She Responded confidently.

"Well it sounds to me like you haven't done very well, as I am created but not told." This puzzled them both until Selby spoke again.

"Then you will be a mentor, and teach me how to Tell the story, and I will help you find and fulfill your purpose!" and the deal was made. The two spent years there learning off each other and not long after Selby appeared so did Josie, another god who wrote down the story to be told. And then a girl named Aurora, and the four of them grew and learned until finally it was time for the Gods to return to the moon, and as their parting gift they granted them each a power to help the next to come. Aurora became an immortal oracle, and Joel gained the power of farfing, teleporting but instead of to a place it's to a person, it was named after a misspeaking the three girls never let go. He also Gained the status of god and the lord and savior as he saved Selby's Story allowing it to continue. In other words, it's all Joel's fault.
