but lemme explain,

see, when you type (as in, on a keyboard) a lot, your fingers tend to get flatter— at least the ones you type with, if you don't use all of them. i think i read it somewhere (idk) but i've noticed that with several (many) people who type a lot, including myself.

anyway, getting back on topic~

so, you know who types a lot? yup, the one and only Artemis Fowl II. 

basically what i'm tryna say here is that Artemis probably has insanely flat fingers.
